* Participate in weekly one-on-one supervision sessions (three per month) and monthly group supervision with the Program Director or as otherwise scheduled.
* Engage in professional development and training opportunities, with prior approval from the Program Director.
* Notify the Program Director immediately of any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to intoxication, verbal abuse, threats, physical altercations, theft, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate by program leadership.
* Perform other duties as determined by the management of MBI Health Services, LLC.

MAJOR DUTIES:
Responsible for assisting the Job Readiness Coach in preparing customers for training and employment success.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Assist the Job Readiness Coach in assessing each customer during the job readiness training for readiness of training or employment in addition to other services needed prior to training or employment. Assist in communication with customers to bridge their goals and ambitions and develop a plan to accomplish set goals. Provide assistance to discover and overcome customer personal barriers and set life sustaining goals. Using template, develop, edit, and proofread resumes, cover letters, reference sheet and thank you letter for customers. Assist customers with online applications. Perform data entry into UPO's data management system.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma and or associates degree and three years of experience in job readiness or workforce development. Excellent skills in resume creation, interviewing techniques and customer service. Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs, an electronic time keeping program and data management systems. Possess effective organizational and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to work in a team environment.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in social studies or related fields or at least five Knowledge of District non-profit community. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally. Ability to inspire, and years of experience in job readiness or workforce development. Computer literacy including MS Office and data management systems.

Summary:
The PT Audience Engagement Assistant (Student FWS) is a part-time student position that provides hands-on support for audience engagement activities, including events, member/listener communications, and social media support. This role is designed for an individual with limited to no prior experience and offers on-the-job training. Work is completed under the guidance of a manager or experienced staff member.
Essential Functions:
1.) Event Support
* Assists with event preparations and day-of support for WAMU events, including media partnerships and co-presented events, following established plans and instructions.
* Supports event-related administrative tasks such as drafting or updating basic webpage or ticketing information using provided templates and content.
* Helps maintain guest lists and supports ticket giveaway logistics (e.g., organizing entries, tracking responses), under staff supervision.
* Assists with assembling event materials and logistics checklists (e.g., timelines, supply lists, run-of-show notes) for staff review and finalization.
2.) Member and Listener Support
* Assists with responding to routine member and listener questions using approved guidance and templates; escalates non-routine or sensitive issues to a manager.
* Helps log, organize, and track inquiries to support timely staff follow-up.
3.) Social Media Support
* Assists with drafting, formatting, and scheduling social media posts using pre-approved messaging, brand guidelines, and staff direction.
* Helps compile basic social media metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments) and prepares summaries for staff review; does not make independent strategic recommendations.
4.) Additional Duties
* Provides general administrative and project support to the Advancement team as assigned, consistent with a student/entry-level role.
