Assistant Managers must have open availability, work full-time, and be scheduled to work shifts that complement the General Manager's schedule (opposing days and shifts). They serve as the right hand to the General Manager and will participate in ongoing development training to foster internal growth within the company. Monitor staffing levels throughout the day to ensure accurate payroll and timekeeping
Manage labor costs to maximize profitability while maintaining employee productivity
Oversee proper use of equipment, small wares, and products
Conduct regular equipment functionality checks and enforce safety rules and regulations
