CDH is a pediatric regional referral center with over 500 incoming pediatric transports per year including over 100 neurologic transports per year. This fully affiliated position will have outpatient clinics at Central DuPage Hospital and will participate in inpatient consults at Central DuPage Hospital shared with four other Lurie Children's pediatric neurologists. Participation in teaching and research conferences at CDH and downtown is encouraged. Rate of Pay: $39,520 per year Overview of Position Reporting to the Director of High School, the NXT Coach is responsible for developing and executing a shared vision for students to achieve dramatic gains spiritually and academically, with a goal of each student successfully completing high school and college. Coaches establish positive and supportive relationships with our youth. They empower them to make well-thought-out life choices that enable them to maximize their potential and achieve long-term success. Spiritual Requirements Has a personal and saving relationship with Jesus Christ, evidenced by a lifestyle that demonstrates the Word of God, and is in regular fellowship with other members in a Bible-believing church. Provides outreach and in-reach by exposing NXT students to others [outreach] and making sure those participating in NXT stay focused on key goals when they are making decisions [in-reach]. Sustains student involvement by integrating NXT into the lives of students while taking into consideration outside influences, and obligations, both positive and negative. Finds ways to tap into students' talents and experiences when designing programs and activities. Works with the Director of High School to ensure students are prepared for college entrance exams, know how to apply for financial aid, receive help in completing college applications, etc. Completes and implements quarterly progress reports for each student to help him/her grow in all areas of development- mind, body, soul. Works to build positive relationships with parents/guardians to ensure the best overall care for each student. Consistently implements new ideas and strategies to make learning fun and encourages students to do their best. Meets with students individually each quarter to discuss academic progress (grades, credits, courses, and final exams.) Provides students safe passage from BTH partner schools by picking up students on bus from school and dropping them off at home after programming. Performs other duties as required and assigned. Experience using Google Suite (Drive, Mail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets). Special expertise in social work, restorative justice, counseling, youth pastor, or related experiences is desired. This position is primarily responsible for producing wort and maintaining brewing equipment and facility. Primary Job Responsibilities: * Complete brewing process in a safe and efficient manner. This includes, but is not limited to, milling, mashing, and lautering, wort boiling, cooling and transferring to Storage vessels. * Repair brewery equipment with assistance from other Brewhouse employees. * Completion of daily cleaning and maintenance checklists * Aid with yeast propagation following Company's process. * Maintain cleanliness of all areas in the brew house. * Work with Lab Technician to ensure our product meets our standards of the highest quality. * Maintaining the use of standard operating procedures unless otherwise instructed. * Communicate regularly and efficiently with Granite City staff. * Maintain inventory as needed. Report any low levels of inventory to your supervisor when necessary. * Arrive to each shift on time with a positive attitude. * Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time. * Perform others duties as assigned.
