QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
A.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to provide quality assistance to Residents in a professional and caring manner is required. The ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing is required. Requires frequent lifting of Residents, bending, stretching, standing and walking for extensive periods of time.

Education
High school graduate, GED or active registry status on the Pennsylvania nurse aide registry is required.
C.
Experience
Prior experience in the care of elderly is preferred.

Certificates/Licenses

* Implement the milieu program and/or individual skills training programs under the direction of the program Coordinator or designee.

* Communicate pertinent information to the team regarding resident behavior, respond to treatment and level of functioning in terms of activities of daily living skills.
