Coordinates and collaborates with the Volunteer Services staff to schedule in-person and virtual training dates and communicates any changes, rescheduling, or other issues. Generates various reports on an ongoing basis to ensure the required information is on file. Plans and oversees the coordination of all dedicated volunteer appreciation and recognition events by reserving room locations, placing catering orders, ordering awards, agenda preparation, and arranging hosts' attendance. Attends and participates in meetings with the Volunteer Services team members to identify and discuss dedicated volunteer placement assignments and general updates regarding program initiatives. Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures and scalable systems for dedicated volunteer programs. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the home team clubhouse, supporting players, coaches, and staff, and ensuring the clubhouse operates smoothly.
