The Senior Data Specialist supports data and reporting functions for the Meals on Wheels Program and
other VOA departments utilizing the Serv Tracker system. This role is responsible for accurately tracking,
compiling, and maintaining consumer demographic information, service records, and delivery data. The
Senior Data Specialist collaborates with the Program Manager to prepare program evaluations, reports,
and data for grant applications and compliance requirements. Additionally, the position contributes to the
training and implementation of the Serv Tracker data management system across relevant teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Compiles and maintains records detailing the current status of all consumers served by the Meals on
Wheels Program and archives these records according to program rules and regulations.
* Creates reports for accounting, and all departments that use the Serv Tracker database, in addition to any
other data or reporting as directed by the Program /Project Manager or Director(s) (see below).
* Prepares monthly reporting and distributes by the 15th of each month.
* Prepares monthly unit report and distributes by the 10th, 15th of each month.
* Prepares monthly meal service status reports.
* Additional reporting as assigned
* Tracks and provides ANS Senior Director with the client and service data needed to prepare applications
for program funding and required status reports for all program funding sources as needed.
* Weekly report to the accounting department for MOW route sheets and distribute to accounting no later
than EOD each Tuesday (as a backup).
* Serves as the program liaison with the Accounting Department and as the coordinator for the monthly
contribution reminders and unit mailings. Coordinates with the Accounting Department in the creation of
customized Serv Tracker Reports.
* Provides information and clarifies services available for qualifying participants, which includes making
appropriate recommendations for service availability.
* Maintain updated accuracy of ServTracker manuals, update any changes that are communicated by the
Database and Systems Manager.
* Serves as the daily liaison for Meals on Wheels outer counties by coordinating meal units and route
sheets, and supporting Program Managers in maintaining accurate, timely communication on units served
and ensuring client updates are entered correctly in the ServTracker system.
* Serv as backup in the preparation of the daily route sheets for Meals on Wheels as requested/as needed
by the Program Manager or Associate Division Director.
* Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Meals on Wheels data systems (e.g.,
client databases, route management systems, funder reporting platforms).
* Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of client, meal, route, volunteer, and billing data.
* Develop and maintain data quality standards, validation checks, and audit processes.
* Troubleshoot data issues, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to meals served, service levels, waitlists, routes, and client outcomes.
* Analyze trends related to service volume, route efficiency, client demographics, and program growth.
* Support forecasting, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support reporting, data input, and other administrative tasks as required by the Program Manager.
* Performs all other duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Deliver meals to clients as needed and may need to lift up to 25lbs. repeatedly during deliveries.
* Travel utilizing personal vehicle may be required.
* Extended periods of sitting at a desk may be required.

PROGRAM
This position is for the Back Home SSVF (Supportive Services for Veteran Families) program which is a Rapid Rehousing program that utilizes a 90-day model to find and stabilize housing for veterans experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. JOB SUMMARY
The Case Manager directs and facilitates the delivery of appropriate support services for participant households as indicated by relevant service modalities. Job duties include conducting needs-based and program eligibility assessments, engaging in community outreach, providing case management services, and program-wide service coordination. * The Lead Teacher position has a unique schedule! The shift is Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. Children attend school Monday through Thursday from 8am - 3:30pm, and Friday is a designated teacher planning and meeting day.
SUMMARY
The Lead Teacher is responsible for the planning, organizing, implementation and delivery of the preschool program (ages 3-5) based on the individual and group's educational, intellectual, physical, social and emotional potential of the children enrolled utilizing an ecological model that focuses on the child and family. Service modalities include Trauma Informed Care, Conscious Discipline, Motivational Interviewing, utilizing the domains of CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System), Head Start Child Development and Early Learning Framework, Creative Curriculum, and Teaching Strategies Gold (TSG). Job Summary
The HUDVASH (Housing and Urban Development Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing) Housing Navigator is tasked with engaging, recruiting, and retaining landlords, conducting housing consultations with program participants, and serving as the subject-matter agency expert in all matters related to the development of programming linked to housing placement. Job duties include conducting vacancy searches, hosting informational meetings with participants and partners, coordinating participant placement into housing, developing and maintaining housing databases, composing regular correspondence with landlords and assessing their program satisfaction, identifying housing options for program participants, and training staff members and program participants in the subject areas of landlord retention, landlord/tenant rights and responsibilities, and housing development/operating models relevant to homeless services. The HUDVASH Housing Specialist will be expected to receive extensive training related to Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) standards, VA HUD VASH Program standards, and training related to working with housing choice vouchers and local public housing authorities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Coordinate with HUDVASH and the PHA to support veterans in identifying and obtaining housing
* Attend local by-name list meetings and case conferencing to help to identify those in the community most need of voucher assistance and provide support in getting those participants' documents ready to obtain a voucher.
* Acts as a liaison between VOA and VA regarding veteran referrals and case care coordination (case conferencing, GPD/HUD-VASH referrals, etc.)
* Outreach, engage, recruit, and retain landlords in order to identify available permanent housing stock.
* Assist in the coordination of program participants' placement into permanent housing destinations.
* Provide education, guidance, and resources to program participants in order to support their housing search and retention.
* Conduction informational meetings with program participants and community partners.
* Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in homeless services, affordable housing, and permanent housing.
* Assist in the development of new housing opportunities to benefit program participants.
* Conduct housing consultations with program participants.
* Deliver training to staff and program participants in the subject areas of landlord retention, landlord/tenant rights and responsibilities, and housing development/operating models relevant to homeless services.
* Maintain client confidentiality and perform job responsibilities in accordance with the Social Work Code of Ethics.
* Attend all required meetings, both within Volunteers of America and in the community.

The Operations Supervisor for the Lakewood Navigation Center is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Center's daily operations. This role works closely with the Program Supervisor to ensure that policies and procedures are implemented in a safe, respectful, and trauma-informed way. The Lakewood Navigation Center serves 103 unaccompanied individuals in a congregate shelter setting, providing embedded support services tailored to client needs. Key responsibilities include
* Program Oversight: Ensure appropriate staffing structures are in place for Housing Case management, review best practices with staff, oversee staff training, and maintain the safety of both personnel and the facility.
* Program Development: Create and refine systems in response to evolving program outcomes and establish policies and procedures that support effective and equitable service delivery. Develop and maintain robust wrap around services on site to transform lives and permanently move people out of homelessness.
* Grant Management: Oversee grant-related activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to funding entities.
* Community Engagement: Represent VOA Colorado programming within the community, identify emerging needs, and lead initiatives that promote collaborative community practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operations Supervisor ensures the smooth and safe operation of the Lakewood Navigation Center, supporting trauma-informed, respectful service delivery in collaboration with the Program Supervisor. Key responsibilities include:
* Operational Oversight: Manage 24-hour facility operations by scheduling and supervising direct, contract, and support staff. Ensure the facility is clean, orderly, and consistently "tour ready."
* Staff Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and evaluation of staff and volunteers. Coordinate relief staff hiring and training with shelter project Supervisors. Support inclusive team meetings and ongoing professional development.
* Safety & Crisis Response: Oversee safety protocols for guests and staff. Ensure crisis intervention and trauma-informed care practices are in place.
* Resource Coordination: Ensure guests have access to meals via VOA Kitchen. Order necessary supplies (office, food, cleaning) and maintain inventory.
* Compliance & Documentation: Monitor staff for accountability for program components and ensure accurate documentation across required databases. Support policy development, implementation, and compliance.

* Must be able to drive between programs and community meetings.

The Lead Guest Services Coordinator at the Family Motel is directly responsible for the oversight of the Family Motel Front Desk and other operational items throughout their shift. Job duties include supporting the needs of the guests staying at the Family Motel and monitoring their safety and well-being, overseeing facility cleanliness while on shift, coordinating occasional activities, as well as accurately maintaining census and other administrative duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensures that the guest's voice is heard, and when appropriate the guest's ideas play a prominent role in programming.

* Clearly documents all client interactions along with required eligibility and demographic information. Develops specialized knowledge related to service delivery database systems within the organization including Service Point and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).

Job Summary
The Intake and Outreach Specialist assists human service programs in meeting the needs of persons seeking assistance in the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program. Conducts initial assessment functions, screening for eligibility and making appropriate referrals for callers and walk-ins. Acts as a knowledgeable liaison to community agencies and is responsible for promoting awareness of the assigned program. Provides follow-up to clients as assigned and maintains positive interactions with community stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Receives and assesses calls for service and conducts intake process: screening households for eligibility, collecting relevant documentation, and supporting SSVF program staff throughout the enrollment process.
* Refers ineligible applicants to other organizations/programs which would best serve the applicant's needs.
* Maintains and updates a database of active community supports for the purpose of linking low-income and/or homeless veteran households with available community resources.
* Acts as a community liaison for Volunteers of America, maintaining a caseload of community partner contacts and cultivating relationships with these contacts via phone calls, emails, meetings, site visits, and presentations throughout the year.
* Connects SSVF with new community partners for the purpose of offering supportive services to veteran households
* Conducts street outreach to inform eligible clients of services provided and conducts off-site screening with clients when needed
* Utilizes the models of Trauma-Informed Care and Housing First to guide engagement with existing and/or potential SSVF program participants.
* Attends community events and meetings as a representative of Volunteers of America.
* Provides administrative and programmatic support services for client service teams.
* Documents all outreach and eligibility screening activities through paper and electronic logs.
* Collects pertinent statistics and prepares reports as required by the supervisor and according to funding source guidelines.

The Program Manager at the Mission Family Community Center (MFCC) is responsible for overseeing facility operations (buildings and grounds), leading program development (serving the entire household), and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to vulnerable families through a holistic and trauma informed lens. The MFCC serves as a dynamic hub for families to connect to essential resources, supports, and community partners.
The Program Manager will stay current on challenges families are facing and serve as an expert on resources for families to better meet the evolving needs of the community and a resource hub to VOA Colorado Programs. Service modalities include Trauma Informed Care, Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing and Crisis De-escalation
Job duties include supporting and coordinating with other staff members in the delivery of appropriate support services for participants experiencing homelessness, maintaining the safety and well-being of all participants, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, helping to plan and host special events, and ensuring program accountability, professional interaction/communication between VOAC staff, clients, volunteers, third party entities, and collaborators and maintaining client files and program data entry/ maintenance. The Community Health Worker serves as a liaison between residents and health providers and health care agencies in the community. The Community Health Worker helps facilitate residents' access to health care providers and services to improve their health outcomes and wellbeing. This position works in conjunction with the Resident Service Coordinators at Paloma Garden and helps build residents' health knowledge and self-sufficiency through a range of health-related activities, education and coaching.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Collaborating with Resident Service Coordinators to identify and help address residents' needs.
* Collaborating with the Resident Service Coordinators to develop and coordinate on-site health and wellness programs.
* Assisting residents with identifying issues that affect their overall health and developing health/social management goals and plans.
* Translating and interpreting health information for residents.
* Assisting residents with communicating issues and concerns to their medical providers helping to build their capacity for communication and self-advocacy with providers.
* Work closely with medical providers to help ensure that residents have comprehensive and coordinated care plans
* Work collaboratively with the residents and their health care providers.
* Responsible for providing consistent communication to the Resident Service Coordinator.
* Engaging residents in on-site health and wellness activities.
* Assisting residents with completing health related forms and paperwork. Assisting residents with scheduling health-related appointments.
* Documenting all resident interactions and contacts made with residents and on their behalf in an electronic database.
* Attending regular staff meetings and training.
* Comply with all Fair Housing requirements.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
* This position works in an indoor office environment with prolonged periods of sitting.
* Some local travel is required to fulfill training requirements and attend meetings.
* Out of state travel once per year to attend national conference.

Minimum Qualifications of the Community Health Worker position:
* Bachelor's degree in human services or 3+ years' experience working with older adults in a social services environment.
* Knowledge of health-related issues of older adults, such as physician and mental impairments, is common to the aging process.
* Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and other public benefit programs.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications of Position
* Certifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Home Health Aide.
* Resident Engagement:
Ability to build trust and assist residents in identifying and managing health issues
* Communication & Tech Skills:
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word)

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of the application, certification and recertification processes;
Assisting the Community Administrator by addressing the daily needs and issues of residents; and responsible for
Property operations in absence of the Community Administrator including problem-solving and making sound decisions.
JOB DUTIES
* Process applications, certifications, re-certifications and interim certifications by conducting applicant/resident interviews, obtaining 3rd verifications as necessary, calculating income/assets/medical expenses and entering data into the property management software.
* Execute applicant lease documents in accordance with Volunteers of America policy and procedure.
* Collection and posting of resident rents and utilities, deliver rent delinquency notices and review of resident ledgers to reconcile accounts.
* Maintains applicant waitlist and resident files in accordance with program regulations., conducts semi-annual waitlist updates., and compiles program required documents for annual financial audit.
* Enter coded invoices into property management software.
* Monitoring the property and resolve minor issues and escalate more serious issues in the absence of the Community Administrator.
* Collaborates with Service Coordinators to enhance resident quality of life.
* Mandatory COS Certification, LIHTC and Fair Housing training required to be obtained through outside agencies as designated by VOA Colorado within 1 year of employment.
* Predictable, consistent attendance.
* Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
* Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and state landlord rights and obligations.
* knowledge of the HUD 202, Section 8 and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit programs.
* Ability to communicate well
* Good phone etiquette
* Basic knowledge
* Detail oriented
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* High school diploma or its equivalent and one-year administrative/clerical office experience.
* Knowledge of computer operations to include basic data entry.
* Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with residents and employee
* Basic math aptitude
POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

$22/hour
