At least Two-Three (2-3) years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, door/lock installation & replacement, and HVAC. Ability to use common tools, materials, and equipment, and be able to climb ladders and scaffolds and work from either. Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
