JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE

JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE
Under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Supervisor, the Quality Assurance Coordinator leads a QA team (the Coordinator and assigned Quality Assurance Reviewers) in the review and audit of the assigned programs' documentation and database practices related to grant, contract and legal requirements as well as organization policies and initiatives. JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE
The Housing Coordinator is responsible for identifying suitable housing options for program participants and their families, and assisting the participants to achieve sustainable and healthy independent living. The CalAIM Billing Specialist will ensure clean CS Housing and ECM claims are submitted through the billing portal and clearinghouse.
Monitor billing errors that could involve issues around data entry for services in queue (i.e. units of services, time start and end time, etc.) and notify responsible parties to make timely corrections.
Monitor and review denied claims and resubmit with corrected billing errors.

Through our Head Start and Early Head Start programs, we work with children (ages 0 - 5) and their families to provide the skills, confidence and stable home life necessary for a smooth transition into kindergarten and beyond. JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE
The Housing Specialist II is responsible for identifying suitable housing options for program participants and their families, and assisting the participants to achieve sustainable and healthy independent living. Part of services team for the program, the Housing Specialist II, provides experience-based leadership and participates in all stages of client service: assessment, services planning, engagement and delivery. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Identifies and locates housing options suitable for homeless participants, including referral to VOALA shelters as appropriate.
* Creates and maintains a housing database linking tenants to apartments
* Communicates with landlords and familiarize them with the program and the unique needs of participants
* Conducts habitability and lead-based paint inspections of housing options as needed
* Works directly (One on One) with landlords on behalf of clients and program
* Develops support systems to meet individual client's housing needs; coordinates and facilitates move-in activities, rental negotiations, and service referrals as needed
* Facilitates the use of community resources to assist both tenants and landlords in the event of problems leading to potential eviction
* As a member of the program case management team, provides information referrals, crisis intervention, and assistance with permanent housing placement for participants
* Assists case managers in conducting the comprehensive screenings and assessments to collect functional, environmental, financial, employment, housing, educational, and health information, as appropriate, to develop an Individual Service Plan

JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE
The Project Coordinator is responsible for meeting the program goals, annually. The Program Goals for the participants served by the Project Coordinator are:
Enroll and complete in a rigorous high school program of study
Achieve High School graduation
Improve academic performance on standardized tests, and competitive scores on college entrance exams
Enrollment in post-secondary education
Promote college degree attainment in six years
The Project Coordinator will ensure the annual enrollment goal of 500 participants is met by January of each year
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise, evaluate and recommend staff for hire
Collect and submit data for the annual preparation and submission of the Annual Performance Report (APR)
Monitor and document participant academic progress and ensure a plan of action for improvement

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience assisting with staff supervision; budget management; program development and evaluation, reporting, and compliance with federal regulations.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience with federal TRIO programs, academic support programs, or similar programs for disadvantaged low-income 9-12th grade students that are potential first-generation college students.
Experience providing academic advising services, academic instruction, tutoring programs, non-cognitive skills, college, career, financial aid, and economic literacy information to an assigned caseload of secondary school students (grades 9-12).
Professional or personal experience in overcoming barriers similar to those confronting Project Participants.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in education, social work or counseling from an accredited college or university
Formal training and/or work experience in programming that improves secondary school retention/graduation rates
Experience preparing high school students for admission and financial aid to post-secondary schools
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Ability to develop a network with staff at other pre-college programs
