Rory P. Read is an American business executive. He is the CEO of Vonage, a position he assumed on July 1, 2020. He previously served as EVP Chief Operating Executive at Dell as well as President and CEO of Virtustream. He was formerly the Chief Integration Officer at Dell, with responsibility for planning the integration of Dell and EMC. From August 2011 to October 2014 he served as president and chief executive officer of AMD. He has also worked for IBM and Lenovo.

I am a skilled business leader and change agent who possesses a wealth of business transformation and general management experience running large businesses and driving innovation imperatives across several industries/sectors and consulting businesses. I am recognized as a thought leader in business strategy and transformation, Artificial Intelligence/Watson and Cognitive and Cloud technology and solutions.

Currently, I am the Global Managing Partner, Cognitive Process Transformation, IBM Global Business Services. Our primary mission is to design and deliver innovative solutions that reimagine the way work gets done. Our team creates defined business outcomes by reinventing business processes through the use of exponential technologies like AI, Blockchain, Internet of Things, Big Data and Analytics.

I possess strong multi-billion dollar P&L leadership experience including leading our IBM’s Global SAP Consulting Business, Global/Americas Aerospace & Defense industry leader, IBM GBS Global & North America Communications Sector leader with responsibilities for Media and Entertainment, Telecommunications, and the Energy and Utilities industries and the leader of GBS Latin America business - based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, with responsibilities for IBM’s GBS business in 20 countries.

Prior to joining IBM through the acquisition of PwC Consulting in 2002, I was a partner in PwCC's Managing Consulting Business where I worked from 1991-2001.

I serve on the Claremont McKenna Center's for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) Board of Advisors.

As Chief Financial Officer, Stephen Lasher leads all areas of Vonage’s global financial organization. Lasher and his team are focused on operational execution to drive revenue growth and profitability. Lasher also plays a key role in executing on strategic investments to strengthen Vonage’s innovation capacity to enable next generation communications that are more flexible, intelligent and personal to create differentiated value for its customers.

Lasher joined Vonage from IBM, where he spent the last 24 years of his career and most recently served as Vice President of Finance for IBM Global Markets and Integrated Accounts, responsible for IBM’s financial operations, strategies, management, and controls for the company’s approximately $70B global sales function driving client adoption of hybrid cloud and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for enterprises in all industries and regions.

Previously, Lasher was Vice President of Finance for IBM Global Business Services, responsible for a group of more than 500 finance professionals within the finance, operations and performance management teams for IBM's Global Business Services division. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Finance for IBM Cloud, and served as the global financial and operational leadership for IBM’s industry leading cloud portfolio of services and solutions.

Earlier, he was Vice President of Finance for the IBM Software Group, leading the finance operations for IBM’s multi-billion dollar software segment, and Vice President of Finance for IBM Software & Cloud Solutions. Lasher was also Director of Finance for IBM Global Business Services Japan and served as the Chief Financial Officer for the multi-billion dollar consulting, system integration and outsourcing services business.

Lasher graduated from Bentley University with a B.S. in Accounting.

Vinod Lala is an Head:Corporate Strategy & Development at Vonage and Chief Strategy Officer at Vonage and is based in Greater New York City Area. He has worked as Associate: Mergers & Acquisitions at Lehman Brothers, Corporate Attorney at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, and Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners. Vinod attended Harvard Law School until 1993 and Yale University until 1990.

David Levi, CPA is a SVP Controller, Principal Accounting Officer at Vonage and VP/Chief Acctg Ofcr/Controller at Vonage and is based in Princeton, New Jersey. He has worked as VP, Corporate Controller at Danskin; Director, SEC Reporting at The New York Times; and Senior Audit Manager at Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC). David works or has worked as Head:Financial Reporting/Controller at BRISTOL MYERS SQUIBB CO, Consulting at Virtual Enterprises International, and Accounting Curriculum Advisory Committee at Rider University. He attended Seton Hall University School of Law between 2016 and 2019, Villanova University between 2015 and 2016, and Seton Hall University School of Law between 1979 and 1983.

Mr. Rutherford serves as Chief Legal Officer for Vonage Holdings Corp. (NYSE: VG) advising the CEO, senior management, and the Board of Directors. As CLO, he is responsible for the company's global legal affairs, including corporate governance, securities law, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, intellectual property, litigation, privacy, employment, regulatory, and compliance matters. He leads a talented and experienced team of legal professionals.

Technology and Innovation executive with Fortune 25 scale innovation and transformation experience. Currently serving as a Chief Information Security Officer and as a head of Enterprise Engineering, Global Carrier Network, and Business Insights at Vonage.

Co-created and led NBCUniversal Media Labs to incubate and accelerate technology innovations ( AI/ML, AR/VR, IoT) for all content and entertainment businesses of NBCUniversal including TV (broadcast, cable networks), Films, Theme Parks, and Digital.

Previously built and scaled highly impactful and award winning technology innovation program (AT&T Foundry) for AT&T - a global telecommunication services provider.

Leading invention and innovation by example with 44 issued patents in key areas of content, multimedia, mobility, location based services, cloud, CDN, information security, and IPTV.
