As a Junior HR Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team with day-to-day operations and ensuring an exceptional employee experience. Responsibilities * Own the excellent delivery of operational HR lifecycle in all countries where Voodoo is present from onboarding to offboarding, including preparation of appropriate documentation, immigration compliance or implementation of processes. * Maintain compliance with policies and legal requirements by managing relationships with relevant administrative stakeholders. * Own the maintenance and updates of employee data in the HR Information System (BambooHR), ensuring accuracy and timely adjustments for any changes in employee status. * Support payroll data processing, including tracking bonuses, salary increases, and sick leave. * Oversee the administration of employee benefits to ensure compliance and accuracy. * Participate in the strengthening of our HR Operations, understanding what matters to our People and ensure our function is high-performing notably providing first-line support for HR inquiries through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of employee issues and escalating when necessary.
