Private-equity backed healthcare organization has a critical opening for a strategic, hands-on, VP of FP&A to work closely with the CFO and PE partners to execute on an aggressive growth plan. The organization has a plan to double revenue within ~36 months and is looking for a growth-conscious finance leader who has managed teams, built out a best-in-class finance function, and is comfortable and effective supporting senior leadership and presenting to Board of Directors. Prior experience in rapid-growth, PE-backed, organizations is ideal. A strong background in M&A strategy and integrations is also a plus. The VP of Finance will design the future of the finance function for this organization as it moves into its next chapter. The Senior RFP Analyst is primarily responsible for the timely development and completion of all levels of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI).
