It distributes its products through pension professionals, independent agents and brokers, third party administrators, banks, consultants, and career agents, as well as planning and advisory representatives and financial guidance planners. The company was formerly known as ING Life Insurance and Annuity Company and changed its name to Voya Retirement Insurance and Annuity Company in September 2014.
