Responsibilities
Perform MRI scans and ensure high-quality imaging results.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a stepdown unit.
Participate in continuous professional development activities.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Manage time effectively to meet patient care goals.
Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Oklahoma with stepdown unit experience.
Strong commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Ability to monitor and assess patient conditions effectively.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
Experience in collaborating with a healthcare team for care planning.
Proficient in documenting patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
Experience in mentoring or training new nursing staff.
Strong time management skills to meet patient care goals.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.
Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.
Utilize data to track and achieve performance targets.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff effectively.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.
Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Oklahoma and BLS certification required.
Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience in an operating room setting, preferably as a Travel RN.
Knowledge of surgical techniques and infection control protocols.
Aptitude for utilizing data to track performance and achieve targets.
Proficient in monitoring patient vitals and responding to surgical changes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons and medical staff.
Demonstrated ability to adhere to safety protocols and standards.
