Prepare and operate standard hand grinders. Deburr, buff, and or polish materials to specifications. Examines and feels surface of product for defects. Removal of defects, scratches, excess weld material, and burs to produce a smooth unmarred surface. Prepare products for secondary operations such as powder coating by achieving a Class C/B finish with low cosmetic visibility.
