RESPONSIBILITIES * Operates grinding mills and associated machinery from computer system. * Cleans control room and immediate area. * Assists and directs Mill Oiler in housekeeping and lubrication * Keeps operating records. * Changes equipment settings and operating parameters as directed, or as needed per system conditions. * Checks process flow of raw mill and finish mills. * Visual inspections of belts, guards, catwalks, handrails, and additional process and safety equipment. * Operates bobcat loader and lift truck. * Assists with kiln repairs when needed. General Summary This position offers hands-on experience, exposing engineers to all aspects of heavy civil construction, including bridges, highways, rail work, and utility installations. Responsibilities include providing technical engineering and cost information to ensure compliance with all engineering standards.
