Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Manager that will oversee the full scope of returns operations at Vuori's Otay Mesa facility. This individual will play a critical leadership role in developing the team, systems, and processes that ensure a seamless and brand-right experience for our customers.
This role combines strategic vision with operational execution. The successful candidate will lead a growing team, implement scalable workflows, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of reverse logistics - from receipt and inspection to restock, refurbishment, and sustainability.

* Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve cycle time.
* Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize WMS/ERP utilization and improve data accuracy.
Sustainability & Circularity

* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement recycling, donation, or resale programs for returned products.
* Ensure responsible handling and environmentally sound disposition of non-restockable items.
Qualifications
Who you are:
* 8+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, or reverse logistics operations (apparel or consumer goods strongly preferred).
* 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a fulfillment or warehouse environment.
* Deep understanding of WMS, ERP, and returns management systems.

Qualifications
Who you are:
8+ years of experience in retail inventory control, store operations, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of retail systems, POS, and inventory management platforms.
Proven experience leading cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits at the store or district level.
Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
Strong communication with the ability to train, coach, and inspire store teams.
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Accounting or similar is preferred.
Advanced Excel experience required (Various types of lookups and formulas, pivot tables and charts)

Qualifications
Who you are:

Experience working in DTC, retail, or apparel industries
Proven experience owning and operationalizing MMM programs alongside other measurement tools (e.g. last-touch, MTA, incrementality testing, A/B Testing, etc.)
Experience conducting ad-hoc deep dives and synthesizing multiple methodologies into cohesive insights
Knowledge of SQL and working in cloud-based data environments (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)

Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences, including senior leadership

Job Description
The Site Merchandising Specialist is an essential role within the Site Merchandising organization. They will own and execute the seasonal product launch process, tracking down and managing product data, assets, maintaining and communicating ETA dates. The Manager Global HTS & Duty Compliance will ensure Vuori meets international trade compliance in our import and export operations. You will control, manage, and be accountable for all aspects of customs, duties, tariffs, duty-drawback, refunds & exclusions, and maintenance of foreign trade master data. The ideal candidate will have both import and export experience and will be active in evaluating our current regulatory compliance systems and practices and lead in identifying potential risks.
What you'll get to do:
Serve as Global Trade Compliance Subject Matter Expert supporting the resolution of import and export transactional compliance. May include investigating and analyzing and/or defining corrective measures on a transactional basis or systemic level.
Partner in day-to-day compliance matters with internal and external partners in Production, Logistics, Sourcing, Accounting, Customs Brokers, and Freight Forwarders.
Implement Vuori's Global Trade Compliance Program as directed by leadership.
Support the development of US Customs Trusted Trader programs (Importer Self-Assessment -ISA and Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism -C-TPAT), ACH Periodic Month Statements, Duty Drawback, Bonds, Management Reports and KPIs and oversees transactional processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness and conformity to company policies and US regulations.
Work cross functionally with Apparel Development teams to review seasonal line and offer duty engineering suggestions where applicable
Implementing, managing, and collaborating on trade compliance programs.
Conducting risk assessments and evaluating effectiveness of internal controls for global trade.
Identifying compliance gaps and recommending process improvements for global supply chain.
Monitor imports and exports to ensure timely clearance and resolve problems, as necessary.
Audit and retention of customs entry summaries, duty payments, and associated records.
Strong Apparel classification skills for USA, CA, UK/EU, and understanding of customs valuation
Strong understanding and knowledge of General Rules of Interpretation
Formalize, document and update processes for compliance
Keep updated on all US Customs and other government agency compliance changes in regulations
Understanding of IMMEX
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Who you are:
7+ years of experience with 3 years specific experience in Import/ Trade Compliance, including the administration of Free Trade Agreements, USHTS classification, and import brokerage operations.
Prefer Licensed Customs Broker, or a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS)
Effective communication both written and verbal
Strong technical knowledge of customs laws and regulations.
