Eva is the Co-Founder and guiding visionary at VXI. Since co-founding the company in August 1998, under her stewardship, VXI has grown globally to 42 contact center locations and over 35,000 employees worldwide. Prior to founding VXI, she co-founded and served as the President of the Asian American Association, a teleservices marketing company, with David Zhou. A Science graduate from the University of Nanjing, Ms. Wang has featured in leading business publications and is often invited to speak around the country about her experiences as an Asian American entrepreneur.

Steven Wang is a CFO/Co-Founder at VXI Global Solutions. He studied at University of California Irvine.

Neil Rae is a Key Account Manager at Transcom Worldwide SA, Chief Client Officer at VXI Global Solutions, and President:Sales & Client Services at Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd. Highly experienced business executive in the technology industry with 18 years of experience in semiconductor, cleantech and IT services space. Proven track record of executing highly successful capital market transactions including IPOs, follow-on equity, convertible debts and debt issues. Proven track record in successfully completing M&A transactions. Highly experienced in executing successful investor relations programs leading to significant increase in companies’ market capitalization. Highly experienced in working with both global and Chinese private equity firms. Possess 25+ years of all-round experience in corporate management, private equity, investment banking, internal audit and public accounting. Excellent knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance and financial reporting. High-degree of familiarity with the securities regulations.Strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills. Broad international and China exposure. Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
