Essential Function Requirements:
Credentialing: Employee shall secure and maintain the credentials required by Vyaire Medical and its customers. Securing those credentials may require mandatory vaccinations and other tests. (If employee is unwilling or unable to align with any credentialing requirement because of religious or health/medical/disability related restrictions, employee must immediately notify Vyaire Medical's Human Resources Department to discuss possible reasonable accommodations regarding those restrictions.)
Travel: Home office with 80% daily travel, and we don't expect you to exceed 35% overnight travel after your initial training/on-boarding period of 6 months.

Your Skills and Expertise

* Associate Degree in a technical field or Technical Certificate or military technical training required and 2+ years of electro-mechanical, electronic, IT, medical device repair experience required

This FAS position is the key applications support person for the Upper Midwest United States, providing:

Maintain an organized, proactive system of territory management, using current management reports and data provided.
Demonstrate the ability to develop contingency and effective support plans for vital guidance from senior peers.

Manage promoting and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and consistently achieving results across all key areas of the business with little supervision or direction; focused on growing the business, treating every service event as a growth or lead generation opportunity.

Provide exceptional customer service; ensure customer satisfaction is achieved when resolving customer/product issues and complaints.
Communicate promptly and effectively to customers to meet their onsite and other applicable needs.
Promote and produce the sale of service contracts, upgrades, parts, and billable labor revenue to meet established goals and guidelines.
Maintain working knowledge of corporate and service department procedures and policies, including customer complaint handling and medical device reporting.
Provide accurate and timely documentation that details field activity (FSR's), expenses, time distribution, and other information as required.
Regularly interact and build strong relationships with customers in all applicable and related business markets
Work collaboratively with internal and external groups to achieve business results, integrating the different ideas of individuals.
Maintain proper and accurate inventory for the purpose of service and follow approved policies and procedures for Inventory Controls.
Continuous training and self-development to learn Vyaire products and applications.
Maintain company assets (car, tools and inventories) securely and in working order.
Demonstrates behavior that cultivates operational excellence by continually challenging old methods or ways of thinking and taking responsible risks to improve results; serve as a positive role model in creative thinking and in focusing on quality work.
Takes ownership of position and proactively engages in coordinating and scheduling servicing activities based on regional demands and priorities.
Essential Function Requirements:
Credentialing: Employee shall secure and maintain the credentials required by Vyaire Medical and its customers. Securing those credentials may require mandatory vaccinations and other tests. (If employee is unwilling or unable to align with any credentialing requirement because of religious or health/medical/disability related restrictions, employee must immediately notify Vyaire Medical's Human Resources Department to discuss possible reasonable accommodations regarding those restrictions.)
Travel: Home office with 80% daily travel, and we don't expect you to exceed 35% overnight travel after your initial training/on-boarding period of 6 months.
Driving: Valid driver's license and clean driving history
Location: Refer to active requisition
Physical Demand: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. without limitations or constraints
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Associate Degree in a technical field or Technical Certificate or military technical training required and 2+ years of electro-mechanical, electronic, IT, medical device repair experience required
or
2 years of respiratory medical device repair proven experience
or
one year as a Junior Service Technician with Vyaire
Certification in information technology or respiratory therapy training is a plus.

Proven experience identifying/supporting improvements within a team or business.
Demonstrated consistent track record in exceeding operational targets.
Self-starter, ability to perform effectively during times of ambiguity, rapid change and growth; able to make decision in medium sophisticated situations
Participation and engagement in business growth programs as vital
Ability to work remotely with minimal direction or guidance.
Prior customer interaction experience dealing with escalations or complaints
Ability to perform in high pressure customer environments
