Initially when I joined VyStar it was amazing! I enjoyed the atmosphere and I felt that the work was meaningful. There intelligent and razor sharp individuals doing good work there.
Depending on the manager, you may have a less than stellar experience. My colleagues and myself experienced discrimination and abuse at the hands of our manager but the higher ups disregarded our concerns.
I enjoyed working from home as well as the ability to designate working hours for volunteerism.
The CEO was fine. I liked that the company values were shared often.
We have to have a culture where everyone has a voice that is not stifled out. People need to be brave enough to have integrity and not be afraid to rock the boat. Letting workplace abuse flourish is not okay.
In my experience, I received a competitive salary.
There was quite a lot of diversity as far as race and gender. I had coworkers that had tattoos and piercings, etc.
