YOUR REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

As a Senior Production Supervisor in one of our state-of-the are facilities, you are responsible for supervising supervisors and executing production and logistics plans and overall operations of assigned area/shift to include labor relations, production, site security, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

+ Solutionist - Responsible for problem solving process to resolve and/or mitigate those operational issues that result in negative performance to plan as determined by the established escalation process.
+ People Leader - Administer the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement/work rules and company policies and procedures in a consistent manner and provides input during planning and preparation for labor negotiations.
+ C/I Champion - Ensure achievement of all area/shift KPIs; ensure adherence to and continuous improvement (C/I) for all area/shifts.
+ Drive Efficiency - Participate in the development of and implements plans and policies to ensure compliance in all areas of responsibility. Operates production lines in accordance with FDA guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP/SQF program guidelines.
+ Coaching and Development - Responsible for team development of employees to ensure proper mixing, machining, packaging, and logistics in assigned areas according to targeted specifications, to achieve total quality. Assists in the development of new Operations Supervisors in all responsibilities. Responsible for support of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Training as directed by Operations Manager for assigned area/shift.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in clinical laboratory science (CLS), medical laboratory science (MLS), or medical technology (MT) and six years of relevant clinical laboratory experience with four years after obtaining the qualified bachelors degree. OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in addition to a certificate in medical laboratory science (MLS) or another clinical laboratory specialty certificate, and six years of clinical laboratory experience with four years after obtaining the qualified bachelors degree. Certificates will be reviewed and approved on a case by case basis.

Must have demonstrated leadership, communication (oral and written) and problem-solving ability. Must be highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently. Requires human relations skills to influence and motivate others. ASCP certification or other certification pertinent to the laboratory field may be required depending on the laboratory specialty.
