W. L. Butler Leadership

Dave Nevens, Jr. joined W. L. Butler in 1989 as a Senior Project Manager, quickly moved into the role of Vice President and now serves in the role of Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the operations of all company offices.

A construction veteran with more than 38 years in the industry, Dave is an integral part of the Leadership Team, specializing in commercial construction management, tenant improvements, and design build projects. His passion for quality construction is evident in everything he touches.

Originally hired to spearhead the company’s first satellite office, located in the East Bay, Dave has led the company’s expansion ever since. He’s known for his fair and honest approach to business and by achieving lasting results. Whether building relationships, quality structures, providing leadership or contributing to the strategic direction of the company - Dave is committed to being the best.

A highly talented and knowledgeable executive, Dave is active in the company’s college recruiting outreach program and enjoys teaching and mentoring future industry leaders. His definition of success is seeing the growth and development of those he works alongside.

Gina Henson is a CFO at W. L. Butler and is based in San Francisco Bay Area. She has worked as President/Broker at Sequoia Realty Services. Gina works or has worked as MEMBER at CFMA and MEMBER at Vistage Worldwide. She attended Sequoia Capital between 1980 and 1984 and Notre Dame de Namur University.

Rudy Carrasquilla is a Chief Estimator at W. L. Butler and is based in Vallejo, California. He has worked as Sr. Project Manager at W. L. Butler. Rudy attended University of California Berkeley between 1975 and 1978; University of California Berkeley between 1971 and 1975; and Lowell High School, San Francisco, CA between 1968 and 1971.
