Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Estimator with a strong attention to detail and deadlines. The Senior Estimator will play a critical role inpreconstruction planning efforts and during the bidding phases of our projects. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of construction estimating practices, strong digital takeoff skills, and the ability to analyze subcontractor bids and project documents. Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate digital onscreen takeoffs and quantity surveys
Prepare detailed cost estimates for new construction and renovation projects
Review, analyze, and compare subcontractor and vendor proposals

Qualifications

Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
