Previously Gore had a very unique culture where leaders emerged. Under the new leadership, Gore is moving to a more hierarchical structure
Gore is working to find a new identity with new operating companies… very difficult to navigate the new leadership structure

Compensation has been average, but for a better work environment
Gore is still under represented in many of its business segments. However, I have had the opportunity to work on many teams that had lots of diversity. I often had to recruit team members to broaden the diversity
