Forklift operators will be responsible for loading and unloading truck, delivering pallets to work stations and moving pallets around warehouse. Accurate counts and records must be kept of load, unloads, and pallets delivered to workstations.
Essential Duties:
* Stack and organize pallets keeping stacks straight and at a uniform height.
* Unload trucks keeping an accurate count of the quantity of PECO pallets and other pallets being unloaded.
* Load truck using proper loading pattern and ensuring that proper quantity of pallets is loaded and that any special instructions are followed.
* Feed pallets in stacks of nine to repair operators on rollers while keeping an accurate count of the amount of pallets given to each operator.
* Clean or report any contamination or potential food safety issues for customers.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Learn, understand, and adhere to all PECO safety policies and procedures for the depot as well as for your role.

On daily basis, you will
Service as the primary contact for travelers prior to departure.
Communicate with travelers by email and phone in a helpful and friendly manner.
Achieve monthly and quarterly customer satisfaction goals.
Prepare travelers for their upcoming trip in a video meeting.
Ensure that all travel documents are thorough, complete and accurate.
Organize transfers, flights and additional service to ensure every detail is arranged.
Address passenger emergencies during trips and assist with claims processing afterward.
Use AI tools to save time and improve how you work.
The basics you bring along
At least 2 years of customer service experience with strong and proven results.
You bring strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy at every step.
You stay calm and focused, even in emergencies or stressful situations.
You think creatively and always keep the traveler's needs front and center.
You use digital tools to work smarter, not harder - and are open to new ones.
You're a team player and communicate clearly and respectfully.
You speak and write French fluently, and are confident in English as well.

Communications and Product Management: Maintain current knowledge of Smithfield's product management, marketing , R&D efforts in order to increase sales and satisfy customer demands for new items. Cultivate business relations with personnel at various levels in order to communicate product availability, logistics information, product specifications, and pricing as needed.
Customer Service: Ensure prompt and equitable disposition of customer complaints or problems; this may require communication with corporate headquarters.
Leadership: Drives a positive employee experience through leadership by way of employee development and coaching.
WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
