Design and deliver learning experiences leveraging tools such as CliftonStrengths, EQ-i 2.0, Personalysis, and Korn Ferry assessments. Lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring outcomes that strengthen organizational leadership capability. Collaborate with HR and senior leaders to align development initiatives with enterprise priorities. Travel up to 50% to facilitate in-person sessions and build strong relationships across the organization. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or organizational effectiveness. ICF Coaching Certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC). Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs independently. Demonstrated experience facilitating and presenting to senior leaders in large organizations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in CliftonStrengths, EQ-i 2.0, Personalysis, and Korn Ferry tools (KF4D, KFLPS, Leadership 360). Prior leadership experience (people leadership or significant cross-functional leadership). Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
