About this Position The Field Compensation Processor 1 functions as a processor for requested changes of agent personal information, compensation levels, and other aspects that would impact commissions or communications to agents. This will include special requests from other departments within the Company such as the Office of General Council, Field Supervision and Licensing. This is a hybrid position that requires working onsite in the Duluth, Georgia office and remotely multiple days each week. Responsibilities & Qualifications Job Duties & Responsibilities * Communicate with the agents and members of management verbally and in writing * Enforce policy when the request is outside of normal guidelines, while maintaining a positive relationship with the agent * Interact with various levels of peer groups within and outside the Field Compensation area * Work with departmental managers and executive management. * Analyze, research, and find viable solutions to problems and implement solutions in a timely manner * Perform any other duties assigned.
