Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 150,000 and 250,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Leads and manages project management team who supports departmental strategic projects and initiatives
Core Responsibilities
Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
Oversees and manages key projects and initiatives impacting Enterprise Supply management
Partners closely with Finance Technology and IT to prioritize and manage the technology portfolio and ensure delivery of key technologies
Evaluates cross-initiative impacts and mitigates to the best of capabilities
Ensures proper change management to help drive adoption and keep key parties informed
Maintains an in-depth understanding of internal and industry knowledge by keeping current on industry and regulatory events.
Maintains strong relationships with key senior stakeholders to ensure the best client experience.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years related work experience, with at least three years procurement experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
