John received his BBA and Masters in Accountancy from Baylor University in 2001 and then began a career in public accounting at the Dallas office of Arthur Andersen. He moved to Ernst & Young in 2002 where he coordinated audits and reviews of large multinational SEC registrants and private companies, including a FORTUNE 250 technology company and a large diversified energy conglomerate. He also led large culturally diverse teams on audits of foreign private issuers during an 18-month assignment with the firm's Capital Markets group in The Netherlands. He joined Chesapeake Oilfield Services (predecessor to Seventy Seven Energy - ticker SSE) in September 2011 and led an effort to more than double the size of the accounting group in a span of eight months. During this time he also integrated the accounting processes and systems of an acquired subsidiary and developed and improved processes and controls in preparation for a planned initial public offering of the company.He was promoted to Controller in May 2012 and became responsible for improving operational efficiencies and compliance by providing strong leadership to operational and financial personnel and standardizing processes and procedures. He was directly responsible for improving and strengthening the controls across the company. He interacted regularly with all members of the executive management team, managed the relationship with the company’s external auditors, and led discussions on significant technical accounting issues. John was promoted to Senior Director - Finance in July 2014. He led the controls integration and GRC configuration effort for the company’s SAP implementation. John also discovered and implemented cost savings of $8 million and returned $30 million to employees at no cost to the company. He also served as the company's Chief Audit Executive.John is Past-President of the OKC chapter of the IMA, has served on the Accounting Advisory Board for UCO, and enjoys supporting Compassion International, Positive Tomorrows, CityCare, and Granville Community Music School.

Chris Friemel is a Chief Estimator at W&W STEEL. He has worked as driver for medicaid transportation at Arkansas Medical Transport; Driver Helper at United Parcel Service (UPS); and Barista, Shift Supervisor, Store Manager at STARBUCKS CORP. Chris studied at University of Arkansas at Little Rock between 2013 and 2015, University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College between 2007 and 2008, and University of Dallas between 1999 and 2001.
