The pay
I can put in floors do good with measurements and can use saws
Worst company I ever worked for. Very dysfunctional. They hire managers and people who are unqualified.
They shutdown for any reason at all.
There were no perks. Everyday was different. Always something bad going on here.
I enjoy what I do.Completing a job using speck sheets and blueprints I found over the years a lot of fun
The job has become too stressful. My job went from I couldn't wait to go to work, to regretting it

My coworkers. Nice friendly people. Willing to help with problems when you are a new employee.
Black people are always underpaid when getting a bid job as opposed to white counterparts. Especially in maintenance which is basically all white and metal fabrication which always pays blacks and hispanics far less than white counterparts.
The ability to learn different jobs if you show the willingness to do so.
