Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes for cable and wire process. Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for process improvement. Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, maintenance, and process, to resolve technical issues. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address process challenges. Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is desirable. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
