Skilled in the application and use of mechanical tools, hand tools, and power tools. 480v 3 phase knowledge required. Excellent mechanical troubleshooting ability, electrical a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge and practice of NFPA 70E preferred. 2+ years' experience and demonstrated history of troubleshooting and repairing equipment (described above), personal/process control computers, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and Networking devices. Allen Bradley and/or Siemens experience preferred. Skilled in the machine shop to machine within specific tolerance using various measuring equipment - i.e. verniers, calipers, depth gauges, etc. Skilled in welding, sanitary welding, pipe fitting, soldering, and rigging is desired The pay range for this position is $34.14 - $40.96 per hour. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR The Analyst II, Facilities Maintenance, reports directly to the Vice President of Facility Management and provides secondary support to the Vehicle Maintenance department as needed to ensure alignment across both operational areas. This position is responsible for administering to the maintenance department via Oracle budget and procurement support, project management assistance, 3rd party property management liaison, contract renewal support, and other assigned facility maintenance related duties. WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administrative Services, or related field. Additional experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis up to four (4) years. Three (3) years progressively responsible experience in administrative office management, asset management experience, as well as financial system experience required. Job Posting External Job Duties * Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks. * Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks. * Maintain a service van and its inventory. * Process paperwork after completion of each job. Minimum Qualifications * Less than 2 years related experience * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks. Preferred Qualifications * Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics. * Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills. * Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred. * Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment. * Industry related training is preferred * Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
