Job Description
How will you make a difference?
This position will have operations responsibility within the Digital Intelligence Logistics, Analytics, and Digital Mine team for program management within Wabtec's KinetiX Product Line.
The role will lead the Professional Services organization and act as the Operations Leader, driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the successful implementation of our solutions at our client sites and ensuring a smooth handoff to the customer support organization post go-live. A hands-on leader who excels at customer management, project estimation, project execution, risk management, and implementation team formation and oversight, including project managers and administrators.
As the Operations Leader, you will collaborate with Product Line Leaders, Engineering Leaders, and other cross-functional team members to build operational metrics and processes, organizational strategies, resource planning processes, and workforce development plans intended to create a harmonized engineering organization for LADM in alignment with the strategic priorities of the Digital Intelligence business. Additionally, this position will be accountable for the ongoing operations and financial (P&L) performance of the NIT (Track Inspection) product line. This role will report to the Group Vice President for Logistics, Analytics and Digital Mine.

* Experience scoping and estimating project effort, documenting solutions, and presenting the content to customers, as well as a sound understanding of project control KPIs
* Strong project management skills and experience. PMP, ScrumMaster, or related Project Management certification
* Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and/or industry activities
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university or college
What will your typical day look like?
* Responsible for building a strong team of project managers and implementation specialists with the ability to scale capacity for implementations across multiple global clients and for the KinetiX product line. Responsible for building project execution and revenue delivery as a core competency for KinetiX.
* Work closely with Product, Sales and Engineering teams to help close new deals, influence product organization to deliver the highest customer value features first, tightly manage and improve project margins by managing scope creep, customer expectations, and streamlining processes to improve the consistency and efficiency of project delivery, and grow product line revenue through expansion of and offering other value added services.
* Serve as the General Manager of the NIT (Track Inspection) business. This includes ensuring financial commitments are achieved. NIT commercial, services, and product teams are included in the accountabilities of this role.
* Be the executive point of contact for customers during the project implementation phase, manage all executive stakeholder communication, progress reporting, and executive escalations.
* Focus on attracting and retaining talent, building a high-performing team, setting measurable goals and expectations for team members, providing coaching and training for professional growth and success, and enhancing the organization's project management capability.
* Manage the Professional Services practice to an agreed set of metrics and help set the vision for its evolution.
* Manage financial and resourcing constraints; define budgets and targets for projects and annual plans for the entire organization, perform initial and final financial reviews, and ensure ongoing budget tracking.
* Create and drive an operating structure for the Group Vice President to improve visibility to and execution of business operations, including all functions, product lines, customers, and partners for Logistics, Analytics, and Digital Mine.
* Take a leadership role in unifying operations leads in the respective business lines to ensure consistency and drive best practices.
* Develop, implement, and drive systems of accountability across the Staff and organization to ensure the business achieves its growth targets and delivers on financial metrics.
* Lead and partner on special projects and initiatives of strategic importance to the Group Vice President, including inorganic activity.
* Autonomously drive initiatives and anticipate potential challenges that could cause the business to miss its targets, acting to mitigate those potential risks and capitalize on opportunities
* Autonomously lead and partner with teams to identify and execute on business and productivity improvement projects that improve the team's ability to execute and/or decrease costs to improve profitability.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, P&L Leaders, and Finance leaders to solve complex problems related to resource supply & demand scenarios, budget changes, project schedules, operating plan management, and strategic planning as needed.
* Support inorganic growth through market analysis, the identification of targets, alignment of targets with our stated growth and product strategies, due diligence, and deal closure.
* Support managers with vendor management and sourcing needs for professional services, staff augmentation, and SW licenses and tools. Be the primary interface between engineering and sourcing and strategic suppliers for engineering needs. Coach and support managers on contingent worker compliance standards.
* Develop and monitor metrics to drive execution in the overall engineering organization, perform detailed data analysis, and deliver executive-level reports and presentations that address budget adherence, variances, resourcing needs, skill gaps, etc.
You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.
The salary range for this role is between $161,300 - $229,800. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands, and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus. Job Summary
We're looking for an Assembler III responsible for preparing and assembling the product at our Griffin, Georgia facility. This individual will be responsible for training, mentoring and assessing other assemblers while exhibiting the highest level of execution and behavior expected of EPD employees.

Prepare components for assembly.
Assemble parts per work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, blueprints, Risk Assessment and job routers.

Job Summary:
The Electric Power Division is currently looking for a Senior Energy Sales Consultant. As a Senior Energy Sales Consultant, you are responsible for applying your technical knowledge and experience to a variety of energy supply network-related initiatives, projects, processes, operations and more. This person will be a technical leader in an energy management/energy engineering area that will drive collaboration among Caterpillar engineering personnel, business resources, and customers. Close collaboration with large consulting engineers and EPC (Engineering, procurement, and construction) companies is a key function of this position. This collaboration would span from the entry level engineers through high level leadership at the EPC firms.

**Job Summary:**

Position Overview:
Gear technicians are responsible for the assembly of a gear to include operating production equipment, disassembly, cleaning of parts and assembling components according to drawings and guidelines to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met. Gear technicians may need to work directly with supervisor or engineers to resolve any production issues.

Job Summary

+ Active team member and Subject Matter Expert for: AQE, MESA, ETQ.
+ Coordinate actions with support groups such as Engineering, Tech Services and Operations to resolve supplier-related issues.
+ Identify, analyze, and resolve nonconformance issues by investigating problems related to purchased finished goods, rough materials, and interplant supplies. Lead and coordinate long‑term root‑cause investigations as needed.

Job Summary
We are seeking an ATS Sales Support Engineer to support Caterpillar's dealer network by serving as the primary interface between dealers, supply plants, and internal teams. This role plays a key part in managing the commercial and operational flow of Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) orders, ensuring accurate processing, timely shipments, and effective resolution of product and pricing issues. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional service to Cat Dealers.
What You Will Do:
Act as the main point of contact for dealers and customers regarding orders, shipments, and product inquiries
Strengthen dealer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving
Collaborate with outside sales on lead management and customer support
Manage the full PO cycle: quote preparation, PO release, plant/material assignment, and shipment tracking
Confirm ship dates with supply plants and communicate updates to dealers
Ensure accuracy in dealer invoicing, warranty details, and shipment documentation
Maintain and update internal ERP systems with order and inventory data
Generate credit memos based on RMAs and manage ATS stock inventory
Prepare commercial documentation for international shipments

About the Role
Caterpillar's Corporate Engineering Intern program seeks students currently enrolled in a four-year university to work alongside engineering professionals to learn and apply themselves to project work within their teams.
Interns will have assignments that provide them with experience and significant learning opportunities. In addition to this work, Interns can network with management throughout the company to learn about Caterpillar areas outside their assigned team. Students can deepen their business skills in their assignments through team and business partner interactions, develop their skills, conduct presentations, and measure their success through the performance and evaluation process.
What You Will Do
You'll join a team with diverse project responsibilities and have valuable networking opportunities with all levels of Caterpillar employees. The internship is a 40-hour-per-week assignment lasting 12 weeks.
You can focus on building technical abilities in roles including (but not limited to):
* Product Design: Engineer components & systems for Caterpillar products to meet our customers' needs. Deliver solutions by leading collaboration with cross functional teams throughout our value chain starting from the initial concept through production.
* Simulation/Performance Analysis: CFD - Computational Fluid Dynamics (ANSYS), FEA - Finite Element Analysis, 3D modelling, root cause investigation; system/subsystem/component design optimization, structural dynamics, development and optimization of Engine, Aftertreatment, Battery, Fuel Cell, Powertrain, and/or Machine System performance.
* Test/Validation/Hands on: Apply strong mechanical engineering understanding in a test/validation (hands-on) environment, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with others for optimal results.
* Controls Development: Develop/Implement control system algorithms using Matlab/Simulink for various control systems including but not limited to engine controllers, machine implement controllers as well as powertrain controllers. Will be responsible for understanding the feature requirement, implementing it as well as testing it prior to a production roll out.
* Electronic Components: Will be responsible for designing and testing various electronic control modules as well as various electronic components. Will work with various internal Caterpillar clients to understand controller/component requirements, work with suppliers on design and validation of the components, as well as testing the components in various environments. Other duties may include design of Printed Circuit Board schematics as well as perform digital/analog/power circuit analysis and testing, and ensuring that FMEAs [Failure Mode and Effects Analysis] are conducted and documented to meet stringent Caterpillar quality requirements
* Embedded Software Development: Develop embedded software in C, C# and/or C++ for various electronic control modules. Some examples of embedded software development applications include Datalink communications, Inputs and Outputs [Sensors and actuators], speed calculation, injection/spark timing, memory management, CPU optimization, multi core design and implementation etc. In addition, some areas of work include developing scripts in Python/Visual Basic for automation.
* Software Validation/Verification for Electronic Systems: Verify functionality of a feature or control system algorithm on a HIL [Hardware in the Loop] simulator bench or a SIL [Software in the loop] system. Understand requirements of the feature and/or the schematics of the controller / control system, verify functionality and debug/report anomalies to the development team and help validate fixes.
* Engineering Data Analytics: Leverage ability to write and understand computer code, especially Python; apply knowledge of data analytics/data science, machine learning concepts/tools, and engineering and statistics fundamentals.
* Process Engineering: Apply mechanical, manufacturing, systems and/or industrial engineering knowledge to analyze and optimize an engineering process or processes. Will have the opportunity to leverage problem-solving and communication skills.
