As a member of ISA team, Wabtec is looking for a **Senior Cybersecurity** **Risk & Controls Analyst** . This role reports to the ISA Sr Manager within EIS, and will be responsible for building, developing, implementing, and operating a strategic Risk & Controls Management program to protect Wabtec and its stakeholders while supporting our strategic objectives.
In this position, you will assume a leading role in driving the organization's information security risk management efforts through the identification, assessment, and remediation of security risks, ensuring the protection of critical assets, the implementation of adequate security controls and compliance with legal, statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a risk-aware culture across the organization, promoting awareness of security risks and empowering employees to actively contribute to the organization's risk posture. You will collaborate cross-functionally with IT and with Business stakeholders to develop and implement robust security strategies and practices, guiding the organization towards a mature and resilient security posture.

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Cyber Security, Technology Risk Management or related field or strong hands-on experience.
+ 3+ years experience in Security & Risk management.
+ Prior experience in IT or Cybersecurity, supporting systems or developing/supporting applications. Knowledge of technical controls and ability to describe them to business/system owners
+ Knowledge of industry Risk management frameworks, common mitigation practices, and Organizational control management.
+ Demonstrate professional skepticism to ensure evidence is sufficient when assessing the relevant information security controls.
+ Demonstrate an understanding of business processes, internal risk management strategies, IT controls, and how they interact together.
+ Demonstrate proficiency in process formulation and improvement.
+ Knowledge of operational security capabilities including access control, network security, secure configuration and vulnerability management, intrusion detection, security monitoring and incident response.
+ Proven solid written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate status, risks, and remediations to executive management.

**What will your typical day look like?**
**Risk Management Program Development:**
+ Design and implement a comprehensive risk management framework tailored to the organization's needs.
+ Establish risk assessment methodologies, including threat modeling and vulnerability scoring systems.
+ Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines for risk identification, analysis, and mitigation.
+ Create risk reporting structures and dashboards for effective communication to stakeholders.

CNC Machinist may include but is not limited to the following:
* Understand and perform all functions required to set up and operate a variety of CNC and /or manual machining equipment including but not limited to: 4 axis vertical lathes, horizontal boring machines, gear gasher, gear grinder, cylindrical grinder, mills and coordinate measuring machines.
* Use standard machine tools including, but not limited to drill press, band saw, lathe, press breaks, welding equipment etc., and a variety of hand, electric, and pneumatic tools
* Change and adjust tools as required to maintain quality
* Set up both fixtures and parts for machining
* De-burr parts
* Use manual and electronic inspection devices to check multiple quality parameters
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and mathematical abilities required
* Promote climate of cooperation; leading by example mentoring others in safety, quality, environmental, lean and high performance work team philosophies
* Work with all facility employees on improving manufacturing processes through prototyping, fabrication and experimental machining to develop and prove concepts and design and implement necessary fixtures and tooling for manufacturing improvements
* Assembly of components and full assembly of finished parts
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
* Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control techniques
* Material transport including the use of but not limited to, radio controlled cranes, forklifts and tuggers

All machinists will perform multiple tasks in any combination and concentration of the above-mentioned areas and will rotate through all or most of the processes rather than being assigned to a specific task. Machinists must be able to work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling numerous components and other duties as assigned.
The starting hourly rate of this position is $35.23/hr (up to $36.37/hr after 6-month progression and $37.51/hr at 4 years of service) with night shift differential of $1/hr when working 2nd shift hours.
Available shifts:
* 4 day, 10 hour work week: 4-day (Monday through Thursday), 10-hour shift work week. 1st shift hours are 5:00AM - 3:30PM and 2nd shift hours are 3:15PM - 1:45AM. Must be able to work scheduled shift hours.
* 3-day, 36 hour (+ 4 bonus hours) work week: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 5:00AM - 5:30PM. Must be able to work scheduled shift hours.

What You Will Do:
