The Production Technician is responsible for maintaining all Production equipment in the Memphis region and for providing support for technical issues and questions throughout each region of The Life Church. This position includes weekend services, regular office hours, and occasional evening availability for volunteer connection and special events. Full-time Description The Mid-Week Production Technician is responsible for executing production support at both a service/event and infrastructure level. This role will be involved with a variety of technical disciplines and be a strong influencer into the various ministries and volunteer teams throughout the church. We are looking for someone with the ability to understand the entirety of both the Worship & Production Departments scopes and implement them into specific ministry areas as needed. This role will require strong task-management skills to continually evaluate services and event timelines with the changing seasons of the church. Comfortable working at heights and tackling complex troubleshooting tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for thinking on your feet. Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
