* Single Point of Contact for Non-Technical Customer Support across the Wabtec Freight Portfolio
Fields customer questions and uses professional network to provide timely answers
Fields customer complaints and uses professional network to solve related problems
Proactively seeks solutions to problems before customers realize a potential issues
* Customer Satisfaction. Lead efforts to improve Wabtec's overall performance as measured by the customer's vendor scorecard.

The Senior Analyst, Tax will be a critical member of the tax team, reporting to the Director, Tax Compliance, and working with the global tax team while partnering with members of our finance team across the organization.

This position will play a key role in running the federal tax function, ensuring accurate tax computations, technical analysis, tax compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in federal, state and local tax compliance, enabling them to navigate the complexities of U.S. tax regulations and practices. The ideal candidate will also be detailed oriented with strong analytical skills, capable of collaborating with various individuals and departments to optimize tax processes and systems to drive accurate results.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare or review the company's federal tax calculations for compliance, reporting, disclosures, and audits, as well as relevant computations and support as needed the quarterly and annual tax provision.
* Prepare or maintain workpapers for both temporary and permanent differences for federal proforma and state and local tax returns.
* Conduct technical analysis of tax positions and document clearly and accurately.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant U.S. federal tax laws and regulations.
* Collaborate with tax, finance, and business cross-functional teams when needed to gather critical data and complete analysis.
* Monitor changes in federal tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.
* Coordinate with external advisors and tax authorities as needed.
* Support M&A teams to ensure accurate documentation and analysis for acquired companies with respect to federal, state and local tax issues.
What We Want to Know About You
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or Masters of Tax beneficial.
* A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in federal tax compliance, preferably in a public accounting firm or a large corporation.
* Understanding of tax technology used in the computation of federal tax (excel, fixed asset systems, tax compliance software such as OneSource).
* Solid data management skills to format and manage data to enter into tax compliance software
* Strong knowledge of federal and state tax filing requirements.

Who will you be working with?
Fulmer/Perma-Cast is a manufacturer company and distributor of electric motor brush holders and job shop of machined parts located at Westmoreland Industrial Park III in Export, Pennsylvania. We are committed to provide world class quality and service of outstanding value to our customers which is aligned with our organizations vision and mission as it supports its corporate strategic direction and stake holders.
How will you make a difference?
We are actively looking for Foundry Caster Helper. As a member of the Fulmer/Perma-Cast group, you will be responsible for assisting in the Foundry, making parts for customers.
Job Description
What will your typical day look like?
Proper Setup and Safe operation of hot metal molds.
Utilizes Foundry principles of metal melting, pouring (ladling), solidifying and familiar with proper handling opening and closing of hot metal (permanent molds or others).
Inspection of work

Qualifications
What do we want to know about you?
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
This position requires accuracy and responsibility as many duties must be performed without close supervision.
Training and/or experience using Foundry hot metal Molds including Furnace(s) apparatus is preferred.
Minimum 3-6 months on the job training under close supervision.
What about the physical demands of the job?
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Standing and sitting for extended periods
Hearing Protection, Safety Gloves and Steel Toed Boots
You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.

The salary rate for this role is currently $19.00-$21.00 The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
