The position is responsible for the overall coordination of testing processes within the campus and in conjunction with other OhioHealth hospitals and OhioHealth Laboratory Services. Responsibilities And Duties: 60% Manages all aspects of the hospital laboratory services to meet customer needs and support hospital and department balanced scorecard goals. This is a large and busy Radiation Oncology department located in two locations within the hospital and requires a therapist to be on call for add on or urgent cases. Call is rotated on a weekly basis among the 11 therapists. The department consists of three Linear Accelerators and two CTs. They also provide High Dose Rate Brachytherapy in the department. Delivers radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. Interactions / Working Relationships * Internal: Works closely with the Community Investments team, Accounting, and organizational leadership to ensure strategic and fiscal alignment of grantmaking activities. * External: Acts as the main point of contact for grantees, community-based organizations, and sector partners, conducting site visits, convenings, and collaborative meetings. * Frequency: Regular communication and engagement with both internal teams and external partners; travel up to 25% for site visits and conferences. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Manage and steward a strategically aligned grant portfolio, ensuring accountability, progress, and adherence to grant agreements. (25%) * Build and sustain authentic relationships with grantees and potential applicants; provide technical assistance and strategic guidance. (20%) Conduct site visits to assess program impact, gather feedback, and identify capacity-building opportunities. (15%) * Evaluate ongoing programs for adherence, performance, and strategic alignment with MHM's mission and priorities. (10%) * Review and recommend grant applications, prepare summaries and recommendations for leadership and board committees. (10%) * Maintain accurate and timely data in the grants management system (Fluxx or similar). (10%) * Stay informed on best practices in philanthropy and equitable grantmaking; contribute to continuous improvement of MHM's funding strategies. (10%) Supervisory or Leadership Responsibilities This position does not supervise others. May provide guidance to interns, fellows, or project-based team members as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications (Required) * Education: Bachelor's degree required. * Licenses/Certifications: Valid drivers' license and proof of auto liability insurance. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years of related experience, including at least one year in grants management or philanthropic work; basic knowledge of nonprofit operations preferred. * Other Required Skills/Knowledge: Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities; effective written and verbal communication; collaborative and adaptable approach. Summary: This position is for a part-time casual (as needed/PRN) Procedural Rad Tech opening at Dublin Methodist Hospital, located in Dublin, Ohio. Part-time casual associates do not have a regular weekly schedule but are required to work 96 hours within a 6-month period on as needed basis. The Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Interventional Cardiologist for diagnostic and interventional procedures in roles that include scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating. The technologist must have knowledge of the X-ray equipment in use, hemodynamic monitoring, coronary and peripheral anatomy, and sterile technique. Responsibilities And Duties: 85% Radiologic technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Interventionalist in specific area as described above in summary for each area. 10% Greets patients upon arrival to department. Checks chart for required data (i.e., informed consent). Reports absences or abnormalities to RN/physician. Explains procedures, gives instructions, and answers patients' questions. Participates in room turnover and transporting of patients. (5%) Assists Radiation Safety officer in QA of labs and radiation protective apparel on regular basis. Performs tasks using radiation safety principles; checks lead aprons for tears; reports findings and removes inadequate gear from service; maintains accurate records or work with Radiology department to maintain records. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 9:30a - 6:00p with a weekly call rotation. The ultrasonographer independently performs requested ultrasound examinations, searching for any possible pathology as indicated by the patient's symptoms/medical history and/or results from previous testing. The position reviews and discusses the ultrasound findings with the radiologist and a diagnosis is made. Responsibilities And Duties: 60% Performs various ultrasound examinations. Subjectively interprets information based on judgmental decisions by Ultrasonographers, requiring in-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and pathology. Maintains complete knowledge of wave form physics, i.e., , time gain compensation curves, attenuation factors, etc. , required to set equipment variable properly for appropriate imaging of specific anatomy.
