Support seasonal landscape projects, including planting, mulching, and cleanup.
During colder months, assist with de-icing to ensure safe access to all resort areas.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE while working with tools and equipment.
Assist in site preparation, including clearing, excavation, and grading.
Always have constant awareness of safety hazards and report findings to supervisor.
Collaborate with maintenance and guest services teams to support resort projects and events as needed.
Assist with setup and teardown for resort improvements or special projects.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, storage spaces, and equipment.
Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any potential issues.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in landscaping, construction, or related field. Experience in resort, hospitality, or wellness environments is a plus.
