Responsibilities: * Benchmark divisional performance using KPIs such as ROA, working capital, inventory turns, DSO, headcount, bad debt, etc. Analyze forecasts and variances to identify trends and opportunities. * Review financial results for compliance with internal controls and US GAAP. * Partner with divisions to implement cost-saving initiatives and strategic projects. * Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. * Collaborate with accounting teams to improve and align close procedures. * Provide guidance to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting. * Conduct balance sheet analysis, focusing on inventory and reserves. * Prepare internal management reports and handle ad hoc financial projects. * Analyze financial results to identify profitability drivers and improvement opportunities. * Assist in developing and implementing corporate financial policies.
