Ronald A. Rittenmeyer has served as a director of IQVIA since October 2016. Prior to this, Mr. Rittenmeyer served as a Director of IMS Health from April 2010 to October 2016. He served as Chairman, President and CEO of Expert Global Solutions, Inc. from 2008 to June 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Rittenmeyer served as Chairman, CEO and President of Electronic Data Systems Corporation from 2005 until 2008.He served as Chief Operating Officer of Electronic Data Systems Corporation from October 2005 until September 2007 (including service as Co-Chief Operating Officer until May 2006) and as Executive Vice President, Global Service Delivery from July 2005 until December 2006. Mr. Rittenmeyer also serves on the boards of directors of American International Group, Inc. and Tenet Health Care Corporation. He previously served as a director of EDS and RH Donnelley (presently Dex One Corporation). Mr. Rittenmeyer has a bachelor of arts degree in Commerce and Economics from Wilkes University, and his MBA from Rockhurst University. Gassen began his career at Sanford Health in 2012 as corporate counsel and transitioned to the human resources department two years later as vice president of human resource integration and eventually became the chief human resources officer. In 2019, he was promoted to chief administrative officer with oversight of human resources, technology solutions, legal, facilities, business development and the Sanford Sports Complex. Prior to joining Sanford Health, Gassen spent several years in private legal practice. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a law degree, both from the University of South Dakota. Gassen and his wife, Jill, have five children.

She is senior manager with extensive clinical leadership, strategic and operational management experience working in both the not for profit and public health sector. She is experienced in working in international settings and have been on multiple government delegations to United Nations meetings. Jackie is a registered comprehensive nurse with her over twenty years' clinical experience across a number of specialties. She has held service manager positions in two district health boards and moved to the not for profit sector in 2004. She was a regional manager and then national operations manager of the clinical services for Family Planning. In 2006 six she was appointed as the the Chief Executive of Family Planning New Zealand. Jackie has completed the Institute of Directors Company Directors course and has governance experience in the not for profit sector in New Zealand and internationally.
