THE COSTUME The Twin Peaks Girl is what makes the Twin Peaks concept unique. On occasion, Twin Peaks promotes costume parties. If the Twin Peaks Girl participates in the costume party, she must comply with the costume guidelines for such costume party.     About the Opportunity: Site Host at Morganton Point Recreation Area Chattahoochee National Forest Morganton, Georgia FIND Outdoors has an exciting opportunity for a Site Host at Morganton Point Recreation Area in Georgia. The Site Host will focus on providing exceptional experiences for all of our visitors through customer relations and ensuring the safe and attractive operation of all grounds and facilities, with a special focus on sustainability and green practices where appropriate. The successful candidate must have the requisite skills to function in this position and will be held to a high standard for customer service, community relations and will be an ambassador to the FIND Outdoors brand. RESPONSIBLITIES: Register guest and collect fees. Provide interaction with the public to ensure exceptional experiences at all times. Act as support to the Site Manager in areas of public contact and security. Resolution of customer complaints. Perform routine safety inspections and patrols. Assists with weekly inspection and reports any safety hazards to the Site Manager. Perform routine bathroom cleaning daily to FIND standards, identifying hazards, removing graffiti, washing/treating all signage, tables, and boardwalks. Emptying recycling containers and collecting trash from receptacles and grounds. Removal of ashes/wood/litter in fire rings. Rake/clean campsites and other campground facilities and grounds. Perform any duties required to maintain operational integrity. Maintaining vehicular access, parking lots, and walkways and ensuring they are free of vegetation and pot holes. Participation in regular site meetings. Mowing and/or weed eating responsibilities, as assigned by Manager. Other related duties as assigned by the Site Manager or COO. QUALIFICATIONS OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Strong customer service skills. Ability to work effectively as both part of a team and independently. Ability to meet the public and communicate effectively both in person and on the telephone, providing information regarding services and/or programs. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously within a strict time frame. Ability to walk up to 1/2 mile daily and lift twenty (20) lbs. Ability to move, lift and utilize handheld gas powered grounds keeping equipment. Ability to see and hear in to order to safely drive a golf cart. Possess camping trailer or motor home in good condition Schedule & Compensation: Campground hosts will work 24 hours (3 days a week) and receive a full hookup campsite and $180/weekly stipend.
