Track/manage food temperatures and dish machine temperatures. Maintain stock of items in the Memory Care kitchen including food, drinks, supplies, and cleaning chemicals. Manage Food Safety within the kitchen (labels/dates, safe food and/or chemical storage, rotating stock, proper serving temperatures.) Wash dishes in the dish machine. Maintain organization/cleanliness. Qualifications To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills: A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents. 1 year food service experience (required) 1 year senior living/healthcare experience (preferred) If under the age of 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable). Server must currently hold a Food Handler's Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations. It is required for a Server to have strong customer service presentation.
