Responsibilities Respond promptly to IT requests submitted through the HotSOS ticketing system, as well as email and voicemail inquiries. Create, assign, and maintain user logins and passwords. Collaborate with third-party vendors to support and maintain property telephone, internet, and Wi-Fi systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating or following up as needed to ensure timely resolution. Perform preventative maintenance, including cleaning and inspecting workstations, printers, and peripherals. Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and issues. Assist with additional IT tasks or projects as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems and general desktop/laptop support. Working knowledge of computer networking and troubleshooting principles. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, especially during weekend shifts.

Job Description The Ski Area Lead supervises and supports the Ski Area Associate Team members working in their area of expertise. This is a part-time, hourly, non-benefits eligible position. The hiring range for this position is $19.94-$24.40 per hour. Some hours are eligible for shift differential for nights and weekends. Primary responsibility is to supervise and support the Snow Making team. Ensures team members are performing work assignments according to established procedures, practices, and policies and ensures team members are properly equipped for the work assignment. Manages Operations' equipment ensuring proper maintenance, requisition, and replacement as needed. Reports to the Snow Bowl Manager all equipment maintenance and replacement scheduling needs. Reports all safety hazards or violations, and personnel problems to supervisor. Responsible for ongoing training of employees on the team. Communicates effectively and appropriately, both verbally and in writing, with individuals of diverse backgrounds. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors to assist department in obtaining and maintaining its mission. Performs all duties in a safe and professional manner and in accordance with established Middlebury College and departmental policies and procedures. Although not the primary responsibility, the position may be called upon, from time to time, to perform associated Ski Area operations work at the Snow Bowl and Rikert as requested including, but not limited to: supporting base lodge operations, lift operations, snow removal, event set-up and cleanup, truck loading and unloading, and trash/debris removal. Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Lifting 20 -30 pounds frequently, occasionally 50 pounds and able to pull 100 pounds occasionally. Work environment is outdoors in the winter. Our Pantry Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking food for "grab and go" items, light fare, and for our employee cafeteria. Duties include prepping vegetables, fruits, breads and meats to make and cook deli-style items, buffet-style dishes, and stocking salad and sandwich bars. We are seeking both full- and part-time seasonal Pantry Cooks to join our team for our upcoming summer season from mid-May though October, 2026. Requirements: Some essential competencies are: Understanding the need for proper etiquette and service standards in a kitchen and service environment, prior food preparation experience preferred, but willing to train. Must be able to take direction and work in a team environment, attention to detail, efficient, and able to perform multiple tasks systematically in a fast-paced environment, ability to remember and follow kitchen cleanliness and food handling procedures.
