Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.
There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque.

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Job Purpose & Position Overview The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of duties concerning the enforcement of laws and work as a criminal investigator. This position is a law enforcement professional who specializes in solving crimes by planning and conducting criminal investigations to include collecting evidence, examines records, reports, correspondence, and other data of consequences; conducts interviews with suspects, witnesses, and informants to develop the case; plans and times the serving of warrants and subpoenas, and the participation of other law enforcement personnel; studies cases to determine applicable laws and implement regulations; provides advice and assistance to tribal and federal prosecution in the preparation of cases for presentation to grand juries, federal, state, and tribal court; testifies before grand juries, trial courts, and administrative hearings in matters involving violations of federal, state, or tribal criminal statutes, and civil or administrative violations. The position works to piece together the facts of a case, often collaborating with forensic experts and other law enforcement personnel, to identify suspects and build a case for federal, state, or tribal prosecution. Will maintain law and order within the area of assignment by patrolling, investigating suspicious activity, and taking appropriate and/or immediate action, where warranted.
Will work with law enforcement personnel to address community concerns and evaluate community input for issue resolution where applicable.
Organize community forums and provide community orientation on special law enforcement programs that will involve written and oral presentations to community groups and organizations.
Will assist tribal programs and tribal court on follow-up of court cases as requested.
Respond to calls concerning felonies and misdemeanors under Tribal, State, Federal and local laws.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing the tasks associated with the daily maintenance of the golf course, associated grounds, and project implementation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Operates mowing equipment; mows greens, tees, fairways, rough, bunker banks and native grass.
Performs bunker maintenance; rakes and moves sand, edges, and pulls weeds.
Ensures that all areas around trees, bunkers, cart paths, signs and other golf course features are maintained and edged.
Installs and maintains landscaping plant material and performs all associated landscaping duties.
Assists with the repairs and maintenance of the irrigation system features.

Cleans, fuels, and stores equipment after each use. Refreshes oil and other lubricants as directed by the equipment technician. Reports equipment problems promptly to the appropriate supervisor.

Complies with golf course etiquette rules.
Must be well mannered, display a smile at all times, greet guests, member and fellow employees when encountered, show appreciation to the guests and the members, and demonstrate a willingness to help guests and members at all times.
Possesses and understanding of the importance of safety and sees that safe operation procedures are observed in all daily activities. Adheres to the safety program.

This position is 100% funded by Strengthening Community College #5 grant from the Department of Labor (DOL)(Award # 25A60CC000034-01-00) for four years. The college intends to continue funding after the grant lapses.

Purpose of Position:
This 12-month faculty position is pivotal in sculpting the trajectory of the Little Priest Tribal College's new Carpentry program. The successful candidate will lead this highly visible role by engaging in program assessment, program reviews, curriculum development, student recruitment, and academic advising. In partnership with fellow faculty and the College administration, the carpentry instructor will define objectives for enhancing, refining, and strengthening the Carpentry curriculum and co-curricular activities. The successful candidate will be able to teach 15-16 semester credit hours of carpentry courses, including labs, each semester. Summer teaching and duties required. An overload of credit hours is a possibility with this program and will be compensated accordingly.
This role is not just about teaching; it's about building the foundation for a sustainable and hands-on educational experience for our new Carpentry program. The Carpentry instructor will help students foster skills to empower them for future trade employment and entrepreneurial ventures.
Job Responsibilities:
This faculty position at Little Priest Tribal College will work in tandem with college administration to develop a robust strategy for recruiting, enrolling, and retaining students for the Carpentry program. The role involves fostering relationships with local construction entities, tradespeople, and unions to expand hands-on learning opportunities, including apprenticeships and internships.
Communication will be key, and the carpentry faculty member will engage regularly with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to promote the program and its unique facilities. The Carpentry faculty members will stay abreast of carpentry trends to shape the curriculum, incorporating modern construction methods, sustainability, and safety.
The position entails advising students, developing curriculum, assessing and reviewing programs, and participating in college committee work. The ideal candidate must excel in teaching carpentry, demonstrate enthusiasm for student success, and make use of the new carpentry building to enhance the student learning experience. Additional duties include maintaining the workshop, managing tools and inventory, and procuring necessary materials and equipment to meet educational and safety standards.
The Carpentry Instructor should coordinate with the Project Manager to complete all reports to DOL, and other agencies as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum Credentials for Teaching CTE Courses:
* Minimum Academic and Professional Experience Requirements
* Option 1: Possess at least an associate degree in the CTE field of instruction, along with a minimum of three years of full-time professional tested experience in that area.
* Option 2: Possess five years of full-time professional tested work experience in the CTE field of instruction.
* Registration, Certification, and Licensing
* CTE instructors must be registered, certified, or licensed in their respective occupational areas if the state mandates such credentials.
* Instructors must possess the appropriate registration, certification, or licenses for the specific occupational area they are teaching.
* Professional Licensing Standards
* Instructors who currently work in an occupational area must maintain a current professional license in the CTE field they are teaching.
* Retired instructors must submit documentation demonstrating their consistent maintenance of professional licensure throughout their career.
* Obtain or willing to obtain OSHA-10 card.
* Able to lift at least 60 pounds.
* Able to climb a ladder to a height of 20'.
Preferred:
* State registered building contractor.
* Prior teaching experience.
* Organized and forward thinking, while managing several students in a work environment.
* Communicates clearly and effectively.
* Can use a variety of techniques in lecturing in a classroom.

Responsibilities
Configure, install and maintain various network technologies for a multi-site environment such as, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, VoIP, VPN, dark fiber, WAVE Circuits.

Perform network maintenance and system upgrades which includes service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configuration.

Skills and Abilities

Pender Veterinary Clinic is a well-established clinic serving the larger community for over 50 years. We are a progressive, fast paced mixed animal practice located in Pender, Nebraska with a satellite clinic located in Emerson Nebraska. We currently have 5 DVMs who provide care to 60% large animal and 40% small animal in the clinic. We offer many services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients including Preventative Care, Surgery, Urgent Care, Dentistry, In-House Diagnostics, Digital full body radiology, Ultrasonography, Grooming, Vacation Boarding serving the larger region. The large animal practice consists of feedlot, cow/calf, with some swine, small ruminant and equine work. Our cow calf work includes pregnancy checking, ultrasound work, bull fertility exams, calving season work and vaccination programs. The small animal practice includes examinations, dentals and basic surgeries. Currently we have a small efficient support staff including a practice manager (also a Vet Tech), and a second vet assistant in the Emerson office. This is a very experienced team who are excellent at handling a busy practice. We want a person who loves a rural setting and working with large and small animals.
