This is a full-time role. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Some business development activities may occur outside standard hours. This is an on-site opportunity. The starting pay range is $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually, plus incentive, depending on experience.

Essential Duties of the Commercial Loan/Commercial Banker Officer Include :
Establishes and maintains relationships with new and existing members. Develops, expands, and services commercial loan portfolio. Position requires officer to solicit new business and grow their loan portfolio member base.
Answer questions related to business loans and account activity. Determine s members' business and personal financial services needs and responsible for cross-selling of credit union's services and products.
Will complete underwriting, establish, and negotiate terms under which credit will be extended including costs, repayment terms, and collateral requirements.
Ensure that sound analysis and lending procedures are followed. Act in compliance with Business Lending and Business Account Policies and Guidelines at all times. Ensure Regulatory Compliance is followed in all areas of work. Recommends loan policy changes as necessary
Evaluate the information provided by the business borrower. Assist members, when possible, on business management and financial matters.
Verify the accuracy of business loan amounts and repayment terms on approved loan applications. Process commercial loan files, including reviewing loan documents, obtaining title insurance, appraisals, appraisal reviews, inspections, flood paperwork, filing lien documents, and preparing loan files for closing.

Job Purpose & Position Overview The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of duties concerning the enforcement of laws and work as a criminal investigator. This position is a law enforcement professional who specializes in solving crimes by planning and conducting criminal investigations to include collecting evidence, examines records, reports, correspondence, and other data of consequences; conducts interviews with suspects, witnesses, and informants to develop the case; plans and times the serving of warrants and subpoenas, and the participation of other law enforcement personnel; studies cases to determine applicable laws and implement regulations; provides advice and assistance to tribal and federal prosecution in the preparation of cases for presentation to grand juries, federal, state, and tribal court; testifies before grand juries, trial courts, and administrative hearings in matters involving violations of federal, state, or tribal criminal statutes, and civil or administrative violations. The position works to piece together the facts of a case, often collaborating with forensic experts and other law enforcement personnel, to identify suspects and build a case for federal, state, or tribal prosecution. The position is required to enforce local, Tribal, State and Federal regulations; participate in and conduct a variety of criminal investigations; make arrests; provide support and assistance to special crime prevention and law enforcement programs; and perform a variety of technical and administrative tasks in support of law enforcement services and activities. Essential Duties/Responsibilities include the following:

Abide by all policies/procedures of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska and the Winnebago Tribal Law Enforcement policies and procedures.
Must attend training to become or maintain law enforcement certification.
Will maintain law and order within the area of assignment by patrolling, investigating suspicious activity, and taking appropriate and/or immediate action, where warranted.
Will work with law enforcement personnel to address community concerns and evaluate community input for issue resolution where applicable.
Organize community forums and provide community orientation on special law enforcement programs that will involve written and oral presentations to community groups and organizations.
Will assist tribal programs and tribal court on follow-up of court cases as requested.
Respond to calls concerning felonies and misdemeanors under Tribal, State, Federal and local laws.
Respond to calls concerning emergencies such as traffic accidents, confrontations, altercations, and disorderly conduct.
Will administer first-aid, NARCAN and/or CPR including use of oxygen and other equipment and techniques when necessary.
Must possess the ability to determine necessary action where serious crime or personal injury traffic accidents are involved. This includes notifying appropriate authorities, safeguarding the scene, identifying and obtaining information from witnesses and developing preliminary investigative leads.
Will make arrests in cases of crimes by physically apprehending and remanding suspects into custody and presenting them to appropriate authority for booking or formal charging.
Will testify at hearings and trials as an expert witness in local, Tribal, State and Federal court as required.
Will be required to prepare statistical reports and submit daily and weekly narratives as needed.
Will diligently and persistently enforce all laws and regulations within authority related to use, possession, distribution, trafficking, and manufacture of a controlled substance.
Must perform all other law enforcement related duties as assigned by the established Chain of Command.

Organizes, plans, and conducts the investigation of major and/or sensitive criminal activity occurring on or impacting Indian country, which can be complex and intricate in nature.
Apprehends, arrests, detains and interviews all subjects suspected of violations of Federal, State, Tribal and local laws. Testifies at hearings and trials and secures search warrants through processing of affidavit.
Gathers information at a crime scene, documents interrelationships of facts, relevance of evidence and validity of allegations involving criminal activity.
Prepare and/or review reports of investigations to ensure they are prepared in a clear, concise, logical and impartial manner for submission to the appropriate law enforcement, attorneys or prosecutors office.
Perform surveillance of sites and suspects and/or perform sensitive undercover assignments to obtain evidence, establish probable cause or link multiple suspects and events to criminal activity.
Work closely with the Winnebago Public Safety Commission to ensure department strategies are forecasted correctly.

Provide leadership and maintain satisfactory level of morale.
Monitor investigations and make referrals to court.
Maintain and submit reports on crime statistics and police services as required.
Ensure control of records and physical security of all assets coming into the possession of the department though periodic inventories, audits, and oversight provided by records control designee assigned by the Chief of Police.
Serve as liaisons with representatives of State, federal, and other local law enforcement and related agencies to maintain appropriate and effective relationships and communication.
Provide reports to appropriate government agencies as required.
Encourage residents to participate with law enforcement in order to keep their own community safe.
Assist in planning for other public safety services, such as fire, court, disaster planning, etc.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
Graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center's Criminal Investigator Training Program or DOI- Investigator Training Program preferred; or successful completion within first year of employment.
Graduate of an accredited law enforcement academy required.
Demonstrated experience in working multi-jurisdictional and complex criminal investigations in a federal or tribal jurisdiction.
Experience testifying in a court of law.
Documentation of a criminal investigation in investigative reports;
Knowledge of Federal, state, and tribal criminal jurisdiction and laws;
Knowledge of administrative, civil and criminal proceedings;
Experience coordinating federal, state, or tribal criminal investigations.
Must have a valid driver's license and meet driver's eligibility requirements.
Must not have felony or serious misdemeanor convictions or arrests on record.
No DUI convictions within the last 5 years.
No domestic violence convictions and/or history of domestic or family violence arrests and/or protection orders.
Must be of good moral and ethical character with the highest professionalism.
Must have basic knowledge of radio procedures and the ability to operate radio equipment.
Must acquire and retain law enforcement officer certification as a condition of employment.
Must acquire and retain first-aid and CPR certification as well as operational knowledge of first-aid equipment.
Must be proficient in a variety of computer software programs and have basic operating knowledge of a variety of computers and office equipment.
Must have the ability to effectively handle situations and people with tact, courtesy, respect and objectivity and to recurrently employ moral and ethical judgements.
Must possess knowledge of law enforcement methods, procedures and techniques employed in law enforcement and pertaining to criminal investigation.
Must have working knowledge of most recent applicable local, Tribal, State and Federal laws and ordinances; fish & game laws; jurisdictional laws; and rules and relationships of the tribe with local, State and Federal jurisdictions.
Must possess basic knowledge of the Constitutional protection afforded to individuals to include rules concerning search and seizure and questioning and arrests.
Must have thorough operating knowledge of the difference between criminal felonies and misdemeanors.
Must be skilled in interpreting and correctly applying laws, regulations, precedents, and other instructional or informational material to ensure proper apprehensions are made.
Must have basic knowledge of, and certification in, the use of all firearms operated while performing law enforcement duties.
Must maintain strict confidentiality, at all times, due to major access to sensitive information.

Integrated Life Choices seeks a detail-oriented, team-building leader for a Vocational Manager position to manage staff and vocational programming. This position ensures proper supports are provided to persons with developmental disabilities in a vocational work environment.
This includes:
• Supervising staff and day-to-day activities within the vocational site
• Writing programs for the individuals being supported
• Ensuring proper documentation occurs, and individual programming is meeting requirements
• Teaching life and vocational improving concepts
• Assisting with staffing, and attending IPP team meetings
• Providing direct support in the vocational setting and ensuring ILC achieves its promise; 'To support people in living a fulfilling life' within an individual's vocational atmosphere

Responsibilities
Configure, install, and maintain a wide range of network technologies across multiple sites (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, VoIP, VPN, dark fiber, WAVE circuits).
Oversee daily network operations to ensure Data Center and Enterprise networks perform at peak efficiency.
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
Monitor and analyze network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
Analyze and interpret network traffic/workload to maintain 99.999% uptime.
Provide proactive solutions for congestion, infrastructure upgrades, and routine troubleshooting.
Manage ongoing network security, ensure proper configuration, and recommend resolutions for areas of weakness.
Stay current with industry trends and bring forward innovative solutions.
Collaborate with IT Helpdesk to resolve network-related issues.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
QualificationsSkills & Abilities
Advanced Cisco background in WAN/LAN, wireless, and L2/L3 maintenance/monitoring strongly preferred.
Practical knowledge of Fortinet platforms (FortiGate Firewalls, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiCloud) strongly preferred.
Experience with Network Access Control systems such as Cisco ISE.
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, routing, and switching protocols: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, STP, TCP/IP, IP Sec, Multicast.
Additional experience in: Control/OT Networks, Cisco DNAC (SDA), SolarWinds HCO Enterprise, Cisco Phone Systems & QoS, Dell RecoverPoint for VMs, Access Points, Wireless LAN Controllers.

This position is 100% funded by Strengthening Community College #5 grant from the Department of Labor (DOL)(Award # 25A60CC000034-01-00) for four years. The college intends to continue funding after the grant lapses.

Purpose of Position:
This 12-month faculty position is pivotal in sculpting the trajectory of the Little Priest Tribal College's new Carpentry program. The successful candidate will lead this highly visible role by engaging in program assessment, program reviews, curriculum development, student recruitment, and academic advising. In partnership with fellow faculty and the College administration, the carpentry instructor will define objectives for enhancing, refining, and strengthening the Carpentry curriculum and co-curricular activities. The successful candidate will be able to teach 15-16 semester credit hours of carpentry courses, including labs, each semester. Summer teaching and duties required. An overload of credit hours is a possibility with this program and will be compensated accordingly.
This role is not just about teaching; it's about building the foundation for a sustainable and hands-on educational experience for our new Carpentry program. The Carpentry instructor will help students foster skills to empower them for future trade employment and entrepreneurial ventures.
Job Responsibilities:
This faculty position at Little Priest Tribal College will work in tandem with college administration to develop a robust strategy for recruiting, enrolling, and retaining students for the Carpentry program. The role involves fostering relationships with local construction entities, tradespeople, and unions to expand hands-on learning opportunities, including apprenticeships and internships.
Communication will be key, and the carpentry faculty member will engage regularly with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to promote the program and its unique facilities. The Carpentry faculty members will stay abreast of carpentry trends to shape the curriculum, incorporating modern construction methods, sustainability, and safety.
The position entails advising students, developing curriculum, assessing and reviewing programs, and participating in college committee work. The ideal candidate must excel in teaching carpentry, demonstrate enthusiasm for student success, and make use of the new carpentry building to enhance the student learning experience. Additional duties include maintaining the workshop, managing tools and inventory, and procuring necessary materials and equipment to meet educational and safety standards.
The Carpentry Instructor should coordinate with the Project Manager to complete all reports to DOL, and other agencies as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum Credentials for Teaching CTE Courses:
* Minimum Academic and Professional Experience Requirements
* Option 1: Possess at least an associate degree in the CTE field of instruction, along with a minimum of three years of full-time professional tested experience in that area.
* Option 2: Possess five years of full-time professional tested work experience in the CTE field of instruction.
* Registration, Certification, and Licensing
* CTE instructors must be registered, certified, or licensed in their respective occupational areas if the state mandates such credentials.
* Instructors must possess the appropriate registration, certification, or licenses for the specific occupational area they are teaching.
* Professional Licensing Standards
* Instructors who currently work in an occupational area must maintain a current professional license in the CTE field they are teaching.
* Retired instructors must submit documentation demonstrating their consistent maintenance of professional licensure throughout their career.
* Obtain or willing to obtain OSHA-10 card.
* Able to lift at least 60 pounds.
* Able to climb a ladder to a height of 20'.
Preferred:
* State registered building contractor.
* Prior teaching experience.
