Pros

The health insurance is brilliant. The pay is the highest ive ever made. They do things for employees thru out the year, such as ice cream socials, christmas meals and events etc. Wake med Cary has two outstanding coffee shops spread across the campus. The Bistro (Mike) and The Daily Dose (Jack). They keep us fueled and in best shape for the days ahead. Paid time off is great. You can bank up to 520 hours of time, which is insane. Wake med has an amazing CEO who truly cares about all people (patients and staff alike).

Cons

Some of the facilities need some updates and renovations. Cafeterias are subpar.
