We have been growing significantly over the last few years and continue to grow at a rapid pace. We are currently seeking a Local Trucking Dispatcher to join our Greensboro operations team. This is a critical role that ensures smooth daily workflow, timely customer service and effective coordination of our drivers and equipment. Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch local drivers for pick-ups and deliveries in the Greensboro area and surrounding markets. Assign loads based on driver availability, equipment type and customer requirements. Monitor driver progress through dispatch systems, GPS, and regular communication. Serve as the first point of contact for drivers and customers regarding scheduling and last-minute requests. Ensure compliance with DOT hours-of-service, safety regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams regarding truck availability and repairs. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activity, load details, and driver communications. Deliver a high standard of customer service while representing Highways & Skyways with professionalism. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of dispatching, trucking, or logistics experience (local/regional preferred). Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations. Proficiency with McLeod TMS, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is Required. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly. Team player with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The Telecommunicator will play a vital role in intake, triage and access to care for Cityblock's members across the country, 24/7. The Care Traffic Control center coordinates the flow of in-field and virtual resources, connecting members with medical providers and care staff in a matter of minutes. Dependent upon the assessment of immediate needs, Telecommunicators coordinate services and link members to care resources for prompt resolution or near-term follow-up. Responsibilities: Assesses reason for caller's inbound communication, while meeting and managing callers' emotional state. Gathers and transcribes key information necessary for the coordination of services, guides callers through intake and triage processes. Informs next steps and manages expectations, delivers pre-arrival instructions. Identifies risks of imminent life threats, self-harm or harm to others (including risks to those involved in follow-up care) and directs questioning; makes appropriate notifications.
