Support audit requests and maintain accurate records of all AP transactions. Documentation: Review, validate, code, and process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy and compliance. A/P Vendor database maintenance, including new vendor setup and W-9 collection. Reporting & Reconciliation: Assist with AP month-end close activities, including reconciliation and reporting. Collaborate on annual 1099 preparation and process monthly employee expense reports. Collection & Review: Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Reconcile vendor statements and outstanding amounts. Support prompt-pay discount programs. Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policy for dual signatures on checks.
