Reports to: Accounting Manager, Operational Finance; Accountant, Operational Finance; or Senior Accountant, Operational Finance Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Assist accountant to ensure client contractual requirements are met in regard to billing and accounts receivables. * Process accounts payable for vendor invoices and ensure accounts are up to date for assigned projects. * Process accounts payable for subcontractor invoices, and work with accountant to ensure all applicable lien waivers are submitted and contracts and insurance requirements are in place. * Assist with completing monthly close process, ensuring all client bills and project costs are posted or accrued if work is in place and of material value. * Assist with all internal and external audit requests. * Facilitate data entry processes for project specific vendor invoices and prepare multi-project invoices for distribution to central financial center for input and posting. * Provide administrative duties as related to invoice processing (i.e. vendor setup and updates, sales and use tax reporting, collection and distribution of client tax exempt certificates). * Help prepare Turner owner applications for payment by assisting with compiling all supporting invoice backup. * Provide supervisor with periodic progress reports. * Relate and apply knowledge acquired in academic setting to company setting. * Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior. * Maintain professional relationships with company employees, customers and so forth. * Prepare for and participate in conferences and other opportunities of learning afforded by company. * Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
