Basic Duties
Complete web-based training prerequisites, prior to attending instructor-led training.
During instructor-led training you'll be taught a different course each month. Courses such as: Intro and Orientation, Diesel Engines, Electrical 1, Electrical 2, Hydraulics, Powertrain 1, Powertrain 2, Tier 4 Final Emissions, Fuel Systems and A/C.
When individuals are not attending training, they will perform service and repairs on Caterpillar and other types of heavy equipment.
Operate equipment in a safe manner to find diagnostic errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Establish and maintain a service-oriented relationship with customers and supervisors.
Complete service reports in a timely manner.

Qualifications
A minimum of two years' of previous mechanical experience required.
Basic knowledge in engine, electrical & hydraulic diagnostic, trouble shooting and repair skills.
