Walden took over our contract from Constellis. From that moment we all felt uneasy about this company. Their first email was threatening as though we would have to reapply for our jobs and we possibly wouldn’t get to keep them. Since then they fireed our local manager without cause and announced his job at about 60 percent of his former salary. They took over our contact in Oct and they delayed coming to the bargaining table until mid February. We
I don’t know of any pros of working for Walden that makes it any better than our former company. We all get they took care of business pretty well
Nothing really, I am just lucky enough to have been placed at a post with a really good and caring client.
Bad pay, no work/life balance. Not an employee friendly company, uniforms are horribly unprofessional looking, especially for females (like the 80's/90's giant baggy look). Also, they scrap the bottom of the barrel when it comes to hiring lately; I worked with one guy who literally couldn't read or write, how he got hired is baffling.
The client I work, there are no perks or benefits to working for Walden Security.
